再提供一些信息，只resolve一个 ray[serve]
这是用pdm修正lock之后的变更。fastapi 0.108要求starlette是0.32.0,但fastapi 0.1.17却居然和starlette0.37.1共存。也就是说，rye(其实是uv) 把fastapi退到了一个非常旧的版本，但可能与starlette有不兼容问题。这个resolution在理论层面是对的，但实际上’可能’会出问题。但大部分用户应该不会注意到这个差异
