The US attack on Venezuela is the decline of "international law."
The US is in a constantly deepening crisis, from which it cannot escape without war and the exploitation of oppressed nations. This is leading to a new round of neocolonial wars and aggression against peoples around the world. The attack on Venezuela is an attempt to improve its precarious position, an attempt to find new resources to prolong the death throes of a dying imperialist regime.
Previously, the US tried to wage war indirectly, through aid to reactionary regimes: intelligence services, intelligence, training, and overseeing paramilitary forces, such as the Contras in Nicaragua or the Rondas detachments in Peru.
The fact that the US has deployed its navy, carrier groups, and strategic air forces demonstrates that it can no longer fight its adversaries as it once could; They are forced to directly intervene in conflicts, which ultimately has serious negative consequences for the domestic situation in the United States and only ultimately unites the peoples of the world against US actions.
Currently, the US has attacked 22 vessels in the Caribbean and the Pacific Ocean, resulting in the extrajudicial deaths of more than 80 people. This openly violates the national sovereignty of Venezuela, Colombia, and other Latin American countries, as well as international law, which the US so zealously "defends."
Over the past decade, the crisis of the disintegration of American imperialism has deepened to an unprecedented degree: its global hegemony is weakening, while inter-imperialist plunder aimed at a repeated division of the world is intensifying. This is precisely what successive administrations since Obama have characterized as a "new strategy" of national security, according to which "an era of great power confrontation is dawning." The document also states the need for Latin America to remain "free from hostile foreign influence" and for governments to cooperate in the fight against "narcoterrorists"—a term also used to denigrate revolutionaries—against whom the use of "lethal force" is permitted.
The primary US goals have not changed: to plunder and subjugate the peoples and resources of South American countries, prevent revolution in these countries as the most dangerous threat to US hegemony, and destroy even those bourgeois governments that cooperate with other countries, preventing the US from receiving 100% of the proceeds. It's clear that this US attack will only worsen their position and further unite the peoples of South America and the world in the ever-increasing struggle against their hegemony.

На YouTube всё больше видео от разных блогеров о нелегальном побеге через границу из Украины — кто бежит на запад, кто — на восток, в Россию. Люди, ранее не имевшие походного опыта, в попытке просто выжить выбирают рискованный переход через границу, через лес и горы — вместо того чтобы оставаться в стране. Это, собственно, многое говорит. Люди бросают всё нажитое ради того, чтобы просто выжить и начать жизнь с нуля с туманными перспективами в другой стране.
Это показывает реальное отношение к киевскому режиму, который максимально очернил себя своей политикой: люди говорят о Украине как о зоне, а не о стране и родине. Это крайне удручает нас как патриотов своей страны и народа, но мы знаем, что это можно изменить. Мы сможем сделать это только объединившись и ведя вооружённую борьбу с киевским режимом.

YouTube is filled with videos from various bloggers about illegally escaping across the border from Ukraine—some fleeing west, others east, to Russia. People with no previous hiking experience, simply trying to survive, choose the risky crossing of the border, through forests and mountains, rather than remaining in the country. This, in fact, speaks volumes. People are abandoning everything they have just to survive and start anew with dim prospects in another country.
This reveals the real attitude toward the Kyiv regime, which has utterly discredited itself with its policies: people talk about Ukraine as a prison camp, not a country and a homeland. This is extremely depressing for us as patriots of our country and people, but we know it can be changed. We can only do this by uniting and waging armed struggle against the Kyiv regime.

Единственный способ сплотить массы против этого — организовать вооружённое сопротивление. Наша организация "Красные Партизаны" считает, что только вооружённая борьба, Народная война, может изменить ситуацию, уничтожить старый режим и построить новый. Тезисы Ленина о том, что империалистическую войну необходимо превратить в революционную гражданскую войну, как никогда актуальны для наших реалий. Развивая борьбу рабочих, вооружённые акции прямого действия, готовясь к масштабной партизанской войне, мы претворяем это в жизнь. В то же время остатки украинских социал-шовинистов, разного рода оппортунистов, занявших позицию поддержки власти Зе, будут всё так же очернять тех, кто идёт по пути борьбы, а не применения и службы империалистическим хозяевам, оправдывая это, как и все киевские пропагандисты, тем, что сейчас "не время бороться и надо поддержать "своё" правительство". Хотя годы войны показали, что правительство не наше, это главный враг, и только друг на друга мы можем положиться в борьбе.
Все эти левые патриоты выступают за власть Зе, несмотря на то, что их идеи и символику всё так же запрещает фашистская власть. Этим они показывают, что лишь служат напрямую спецслужбам буржуазного государства, пытаясь посеять в умах людей их идеи с иной подачей.

Cold and mobilization are our reality.
Cold apartments without heat, long evenings without electricity under the sound of air defense salvos in the dark sky—this is our daily routine now.
The authorities, who once promised us an end to the "conflict in the east," are now ready to send each of us into this slaughter, no longer seeking justification for their fascist policies. Peace is currently unprofitable for the Ukrainian authorities and their sponsors, without whom it would have been concluded long ago. Without war and repressive policies against the people, this group in power simply cannot maintain its position, because all their rhetoric boils down to the need for war without any concessions, disregarding reality.
The only way to unite the masses against this is to organize armed resistance. Our organization, the Red Partisans, believes that only armed struggle, a People's War, can change the situation, destroy the old regime, and build a new one. Lenin's theses about transforming an imperialist war into a revolutionary civil war are more relevant than ever to our reality. By developing workers' struggles, armed direct action, and preparing for a large-scale guerrilla war, we are putting this into practice. At the same time, the remnants of Ukrainian social chauvinists and various opportunists who have adopted a position of support for Zelensky's government will continue to denigrate those who follow the path of struggle rather than of complicity and service to the imperialist masters, justifying this, like all Kyiv propagandists, by claiming that now is "not the time to fight and we must support 'our' government." However, the years of war have shown that the government is not ours; it is our main enemy, and we can only rely on each other in the struggle.
All these leftist patriots support Zelensky's government, despite the fact that their ideas and symbols are still banned by the fascist regime. By doing so, they demonstrate that they are merely serving the bourgeois state's secret services directly, trying to plant their ideas in people's minds with a different twist.

History has shown that power is paramount—the question of taking and maintaining power; this is the primary question of class struggle. Without a people's army, which can only be forged through a People's War, the victory of the revolution is impossible. Without their army, the army of the masses, the people have nothing; we see this every day on the streets of our country. Only by developing armed action can we, step by step, restore the power of the working class and create our main support and protective mass—the People's Army.

The reaction of the masses around the world to their support for fascist Israel, to the attacks against Yemen, Venezuela, and now Iran, is a unification for the fight against imperialism. Hundreds of demonstrations against the United States are constantly thundering, anti-imperialist organizations around the world are growing at an unprecedented rate, and peoples are mobilizing all their forces, despite attempts by reactionary forces to suppress them. In the near term, this will result in the United States facing even greater resistance—guerrilla and popular wars—which they simply cannot effectively combat, as their forces are limited in comparison to the boundless forces of the peoples of the world.
In this struggle, Israel plays the role of an outpost for the United States; a fascist state serving the interests of Yankee hegemony. This is also similar to Ukraine, which has become such an outpost for NATO imperialism in its proxy war, which they sponsor but wage with others, turning a blind eye to any crimes committed by the Ukrainian regime, as is the case with Israel.

Некоторые левые в разных чатах и обсуждениях начали приписывать нашей деятельности то, что мы якобы занимаемся терроризмом. Если быть точнее, предъявляют организации «Красный Партизан» то, что она пропагандирует методы индивидуального террора, подобные народничеству в царской России, которое в своё время заслуженно критиковал Ленин в своих работах против тактики народничества.
Хотя мы нигде не говорим, что придерживаемся тактики индивидуального террора как основы для борьбы. Данная тактика показала свою неэффективность ещё в XIX веке, и мы разделяем ленинскую критику народничества.
В своих публикациях мы всегда распространяли позиции всеобщей народной войны — партизанской войны под руководством коммунистов, которая объединяет в себе самые разные по форме действия, служащие уничтожению врага и построению нового рабочего государства. Индивидуальные уничтожения конкретных лиц власти, фашистского движения, доносчиков, агентов полиции и т.д. — это одна из частей любой войны в любое время. Но очевидно, что ликвидация конкретных лиц не может быть основой борьбы и, тем более, победы; это лишь один из методов в партизанской войне, наравне с диверсиями, засадами и атаками объектов.
Уничтожение конкретных лиц фашистского режима служит его ослаблению, сеет смуту и хаос в рядах врагов народа, а также имеет пропагандистский эффект в виде одобрения масс насилия против конкретных представителей угнетающих классов и их фашистских приспешников. Что, в свою очередь, помогает развитию вооружённых действий всё дальше. Можно также вспомнить историю Гражданской войны, где красный террор против антинародных элементов был вызван в ответ на повсеместный белый террор рабочих и крестьян, которые при царе десятилетиями угнетали народ, а в годы революции пытались подавить его, утопив в крови. В этих условиях ответный красный террор является совершенно справедливой мерой. Отдельно стоит сказать, что ответные меры красных по размаху всё равно не сравнимы с тем, что делали белые.
Те, кто устроил террор против нашего народа, кто отправляет тысячи людей на убой, должны испытывать страх везде и всюду: народное правосудие настигнет их где бы они ни были.

Terror of a Terrorist State
Some leftists in various chats and discussions have begun to attribute our activities to terrorism. More precisely, they accuse the Red Partisan organization of promoting methods of individual terror, similar to the Narodnik movement in Tsarist Russia, which Lenin rightly criticized in his writings against the tactics of Narodniks.
However, we never claim to adhere to the tactics of individual terror as the basis for our struggle. This tactic proved ineffective back in the 19th century, and we share Lenin's critique of Narodniks.
In our publications, we have always promoted the position of a general people's war—a guerrilla war led by communists, which combines a wide variety of actions serving to destroy the enemy and build a new workers' state. The individual elimination of specific government officials, the fascist movement, informers, police agents, etc., is one part of any war at any time. But it's clear that the elimination of specific individuals cannot be the basis of struggle, much less victory; it is merely one method in guerrilla warfare, along with sabotage, ambushes, and attacks on targets.
The elimination of specific individuals within the fascist regime serves to weaken it, sowing discord and chaos among the ranks of the people's enemies, and also has a propaganda effect by encouraging mass approval of violence against specific representatives of the oppressor classes and their fascist henchmen. This, in turn, further fuels armed conflict. One can also recall the history of the Civil War, where the Red Terror against anti-popular elements was provoked in response to the widespread White Terror of workers and peasants, who had oppressed the people for decades under the Tsar and, during the Revolution, attempted to crush them by drowning them in blood. Under these circumstances, the retaliatory Red Terror was a completely justifiable measure. It's worth noting that the Reds' retaliatory measures were still incomparable in scale to what the Whites did.
Those who perpetrated terror against our people, who sent thousands to slaughter, must fear everywhere: people's justice will find them wherever they may be.
