این لغت برای زمانهای مختلف استفاده شده و کاربردهای مختلفی دارد که به برخی اشاره می کنم:
🔺برای آینده می تواند به جای will استفاده شود:
🗒مثال: من اون کار رو انجام خواهم داد.
📘I would do that.

🔺برای حالت شرطی نوع دوم :
🗒 مثال: من اگه بودم اون کارو نمی کردم.
📘I wouldn't do that if it were/was
me.(both "were and was'' are correct here, but " were" is better)

🔺برای اشاره به گذشته (کاری که معمولا انجام می شده)
🗒 مثال: وقتی بچه بودم بابام منو می برد سینما.
📘When I was a kid, my father would take me to the movies (cinema).
🗒 مثال: یادمه با برادر کوچکم خیلی بازی می کردم.
📘I remember I would play with my younger brother a lot.

👈از either و neither میتوانیم در جواب سوالاتی که انتخاب بین دو چیز یا دو شخص است استفاده کنیم.:

🔷either
هرکدام

🔸Would you like tea or coffee?
Either. I don't mind.
-چای میل دارید یا قهوه؟
-هرکدام (باشه). فرقی ندارد.

🔷neither
هیچکدام
