Reddit: Learning Android development from the ground up. Should I take the Flutter path or go on the native road?
I am a very beginner in Java and Android. I learnt how to design a UI with the ConstraintLayout and bound it some basic functionality in Java code. I still have to realize basic things such as Contexts, SavedInstanceStates, and the like - most of the framework.I read a thread here from a skilled native Android developer which asked if he should be worried about Flutter. "no" was the answer. But for me, I feel like it could be different. Being learning from scratch, should I try to invest my energies on the newest path rather than taking aex-novo a road that could lead to a dead end?
