Authentication via Fingreprint bestpractice

Hi everyone I would like to know what is the best practice to handle authentication via biometrics?I have an app that sign in users via a web server. The login process is pretty standard with JWT issued by the server and then saved on shared preferences. Now I implemented biometric authentication. The first thing I did is save user credentials on shared preferences as well and then when biometric authentication succeed send those credentials to the server. This is working pretty well so far but is it a best practice? Is there any other logic I can use that is better? If there is another option why would it be better?Thank you so much

Looking for developers and problem solvers to be featured in a series of short films for Google.
Hey folks! Nonfiction Unlimited is looking for developers and problem solvers to be featured in an exciting series of short films for Google. We’re looking for altruistic developers and problem solvers who have made a positive impact using Google tools and platforms! What does that mean? We’re looking for problem solvers, inventors, makers, doers who build on Google tools and platforms to make a difference in the world around them. They have identified a problem and used Google technology to create a solution. Our ideal candidates are not businesses or for-profit entities, but rather individuals making a difference. We’re especially interested in stories of developers who are based in smaller cities and smaller towns all around the world- and not located in major cities or tech hubs.If you're interested in being considered for this compensated project, or you want to recommend somebody, use this Google Form to submit information!Note: These films will be produced by Google and for Google - /u/miyoyo asked me to make sure that was clear!
