Riverpod Testing Example: Mocking State with StateNotifierProvider
The Riverpod documentation and various riverpod tutorials demonstrate testing simpler providers, but not StateNotifierProvider. This took me a while to figure out a good approach for this, and it seems simple now, but it wasn't for me at first! So I created a standalone counter app repo showing how to test your widgets if the rendering is dependent on state, and you are using Riverpod StateNotifierProvider.https://github.com/mdrideout/testing-state-notifier-provider

Q3 survey results and comments
Recently, the Flutter team posted the result of their Q3 survey. As usual, the people who bothered to answer the questions are still (very) satisfied with Flutter. And most of them feel welcome and feel safe to ask questions. That's nice.I find it quite interesting, that 36% would like to have better SEO for Flutter web applications. IMHO, this means they want to use Flutter for web pages instead of web application - even if that's something isn't part of the Flutter web story. Don't they know? Don't they care? Or is it that they just want more? The other points from the survey might be interesting for Google, but I find them boring…BTW, while I understand that a growing community always contains more beginner that advanced users, I think, I answered the question "I can get answers to my questions" as "somewhat disagree" because I'd personally like to see more advanced questions. Not sure whether they expected that interpretation.Sometimes, it seems the only question people seem to ask on a daily basis is whether learning Flutter is a good career choice and how to manage state ;-)

Has anyone here or know of anyone that released a iOS app with Material design?
I dont think I have the energy to do the conditional checks for platforms to make the iOS app seem more native, regardless of how easy people say it may be. I wish the Flutter team just made it detect/automatic. Anyways wondering how negative feedback or overall it will be if I released a simple app that is default Material, where the iOS and Android app look the exact same.
