Looking for feeback on my UI

I want to make an app which allows users to scan 3d models of their faces and then see it on the app. I have found a model viewer package which allows users to view 3d models in the app but im stuck at the part where user can create their own 3d models. apart from building app on a real mac, is there a way for windows users to test and build ios,i tried codemagic but i think it is only suitable for building(please correct me if im wrong) the xcode was not very usable and as i dont know much in xcode it took me long time to figure it out and codmagic billing is expensive if i use the instance for a bit long,if i set up a mac vm in my computer, will i be able to sign the app, edit files in xcode and build it properly.
