Expansion of the Flutter community(A bit long)!!
I live in a small island in the caribbean. A twin island at that. Known as Antigua and Barbuda. Its a beautiful country with amazing views and people but that's just on the outside. On the inside Antigua has been suffering from a difficult and stubborn mindset. The mindset to stick to what we know and run from what we don't. In my opinion it's a sad mindset. The reason I'm writing this is to suggest an expansion event. An operation so as to say, to expand the untapped potential for technology that the caribbean has. I think that Flutter has reached a point where not only is it fresh, new and intuitive but it also allows for easy understanding of the framework, seem less testing and a very calm minded approach to not only coding but developing web, mobile and computer apps. I can't speak much for other countries but I can say in Antigua's case there are loads of jobless person's whether graduates of 2019/2020 or even person's who now can't work due to Covid. These set targets can be the start of a new wave of change in Antigua and Barbuda and even in the rest of the caribbean. It could be so impactful so as to cause a wave in the entire world. The caribbean is a well known untapped market that has very little taking an initiative to work on it or to invest in it. I think that if we can encourage and push this economy to develop that we could not only create more jobs but also allow various different forms of development else where and in different areas. I believe that all this region lacks is someone willing to start the initiative and that the start would be small at first but grow at an amazingly fast rate. I would like to know if anyone is interested in helping this initiative.

Using Git with Flutter
Hello Guys in order to move my flutter code from windows to mac and vice versa I‘d like to use git and github as I think that every developer should be skilled in that. But I do not know how to „store“ it. Meaning by adding git init, it creates a repository in the flutter file folder. But I have to save and move the whole folder right. I cannot just move the lib folder. So how do you guys do this in the terminal? I just want to move my flutter code to github from my mac and then work on my pc etc. But I cannot set it up. Otherwise I know how to add a file in git etc. Any Tipp is appreciated. Besr Regards

Flutter obfuscation flag on release build(how good is it)
I am doing a release build on an app I have built very soon and wanted to know how good the obfuscation is?"To obfuscate your app, build a release version using the --obfuscate flag"My major concern is whether this can be de-obfuscated(very easily) and a client can then become aware how my application communicates with firebase to write specific fields and then proceeds to manipulate the data being sent.Does anyone have any experience with this kind of problem? Or used the flag before? I'm just wondering how easy is it for someone to change/manipulate data being sent to firebase if it is obfuscated following the guide in Flutters documentation?Flutter obfuscation documentation

Project structure: tips?
Hi guys, I'm happy to say that the company where I'm working right now need to develop an app related to our products; we chose Flutter for this.I already developed two apps but still, I have to learn a lot of things.I would like to know if you have any tips on how to create a solid project structure or any open source app that you consider well structured where I, or anyway who are interested, can look at it as example. Thanks in advance!

Transparent window method
Is anyone aware of a good library or method for setting window transparency in Flutter Desktop? I'm only interested in Linux for now, but ideally cross-platform would work.I was able to find this issue online where someone has successfully done so for MacOS (although I am not sure how this was achieved exactly). There is an image within the thread. This seems like it'd be relatively simple. Ideally there is a plugin or mechanism already available for doing so. If not, I'd not be averse to writing my own plugin. Thanks for any input.

The Kin Community would like to work with Flutter Devs
Hi!This is a simple call to see if Kin can help enrich your app development and if you can likewise help the Kin Community.I represent the Unofficial Kin Foundation community r/KinshipThe Kin Foundation r/KinFoundation are a cryptocurrency project currently ranked no.30 in the fastest growing subreddits. https://www.reddit.com/subreddits/leaderboard/finance_and_business/Please check out the above 2 subreddits and join the communities if you like what we are trying to achieve. Here is some more info about Kin and it's goals. You maybe aware of Kin and its new concept to help monetize small and large app developers via the Cryptocurrency KIN and the Kin Reward Engine (K.R.E)We have identified Flutter as a key strategic platform whose Developers would benefit from integrating Kin. Our Community are in the process of building Kin Wallet SDK's which can be implemented directly into app built on the flutter platform.By using Kin within your apps, you can apply for grants and receive free kin which can be used within your apps as earns and spends to your users. A benefit of using Kin, users will be able to transfer kin between apps allowing secure value transfer at a tiny cost. This means what users earn in another app can be potentially transferred and spent within your app.We are looking for people to help join the community, pioneer in building the SDK testing and implementing it into your apps.To have a look at some apps currently using Kin check out; Peerbet, Rave and Perfect365Thanks for reading!!

Hive sync on background
Hi,I'm creating an app that keeps track of some things (let's say TODO's for this example).
I'm using hive as a DB manager for the first time and I'm loving it so far. However my users are a lot in places where they have no internet. So I was looking for a way to sync the To-do's to the api when the internet comes available (even when the app is closed).I tried fiddling with the `AndroidAlarmManager` but that gives me an error when the app is open. Because I edit the box from the UI and from the background service (saving the id).So now I was wondering what would be the best approach to sync these items and storing it's id?
