The android functionality of ' onclick' in Flutter
Hi, I’m currently working in Flutter to develop an app in language learning. Previously, I had developed a similar app for Android in Android Studio. In that app I had buttons which when clicked would produce a local audio file in the form of a short spoken sentence. I would like to have a

FutureBuilder or Provider for handling API calls?
I've been a mobile dev for around 3 years, in that time I've used almost exclusively Xamarin.I was wondering what the best way of passing data to the UI layer is in Flutter when making an API call? FutureBuilder seems like an easy way of being able to await a call and set certain behaviour to occur depending on what state the call's at.I've also seen videos on YouTube/Medium articles that mention patterns such as BLoC, Provider & Riverpod and the sample apps they create are to handle API requests. And from what I can see these require far more boilerplate to set up in comparison to FutureBuilder. So to the more experienced Flutter devs than I - what is the best approach?

Using Mac on VM to run Flutter
I'm a Linux user and I want to be able to compile iOS versions of Flutter apps. My question is, is it viable to run Mac on a VM to develop and compile Flutter apps for iOS? I know this task consumes a lot of resources. I have already made a simple test and everything seems to work fine. But, are there also any other drawbacks? As an alternative, I was thinking about using Codemagic remote service instead. Is that a better approach?
