Quran project with Flutter
Ayat is a Quran project from King Saud University, it has the following platforms: iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, Web, Linux. so users have a similar experience on all the platforms, but unfortunately, this project is deprecated. With only Flutter this can be achieved by keeping performance in mind. I have started to work on it. Here's the GitHub repo, is there anyone who will love to contribute on this nice project? You can join the slack channel for more discussion.Github: https://github.com/SadaqaWorks/Quran

It's impossible to set a height to a TextField without hacks, prove me wrong :)
Let's say you want to create a TextField with a height that you receive as a parameter and with a gray rounded box background.I say this is impossible to do without hacks. I hope someone will prove me wrong.

Is Flutter a good choice for consumer apps?
So I want to develop a mobile app and being a web developer am thinking if Flutter can be my tool of choice. However, on running the Hello World app I found the app size to be a bit more than 100 MB.Also I am not sure how such frameworks ( like RN ) compare to java, swift code apps in terms of performance. Writing this since I came across some saying that the bridge in RN takes up processing power etc. Not sure if anything like this is true for Flutter as well.I want the app I am making to not lag much compared to java /swift apps and also be of acceptable size because I want to put it on Play / apple stores. And asking this since otherwise working with Flutter will be a boon since I am a web developer.

Are there any 'active' flutter podcasts?
Would love to listen to an active podcast now that flutter is getting a little bigger. I think there was its all widgets podcast which is a great interviewing podcast, I'd love more general topics/discussion podcast. Especially with the hot topic of state management libraries being discussed here so frequently. Having a good podcast to break down these topics would be really dope.
