I created a package that allows you to quickly show a beautiful but simple dark mode switcher widget to your users
That was a widget I created sometimes ago but I decided to make it public today. It's available on pub.dev. You can check the source code on Github if you want.

How to create a dynamic chart in flutter?
Hello! May I ask something in this community: I want to create a pie chart in flutter which users can edit manually. More detailed: Users should be able to edit the pie chart by clicking on it, so they can change the value and or the name of some parts of the chart. I don't know how to do this

Flutter vs React Native
I’m sure this has been posted before, but what are your guys thoughts on Flutter vs React Native?I’m in a situation where I’m trying to convince my company to go with Flutter as a solution rather than React Native. I’ve been developing with Flutter for 6 months, but I don’t have that much experience with React.I know with React there are a couple of advantages such as a bigger community, more developed libraries, and JavaScript being the most popular programming language. Are there any other significant advantages to using React over Flutter? I just want to be sure I’m pushing the company in the right direction with Flutter.I know Flutter is amazing and I’m posting this in FlutterDev but please be as objective as possible! Thanks guys!

A study of the Flutter cross platform mobile development framework and its third party libraries
My name is Tobi Michael Aroyehun and I am currently pursuing MSc in software development at the University of Limerick, Ireland. I am currently doing a research for my final thesis on the study of the flutter development framework and its 3rd party libraries. I am writing this to get feedback via a 10minutes survey from flutter developer on the current state of this framework with more emphasis on working with 3rd party libraries.
If you're interested in supporting this course, the URL link is below and as stated earlier it will only take 10 minutes. Thank you all for assistance.
Best Regards,
Tobi.https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdS1_WdjPIJslTY4xc4wWGZTamY1wyBGMaZLyDy16hvqZe7Mg/viewform?usp=sf_link

Kivy comparisson
Hey, I wanted to ask why does flutter require us to download visual studio code for windows desktop applications?Kivy does not require the user to install them separately, I don't need to use a big visual studio IDE in this case to just create an application,I understand why we need SDKs for mobile development, but it seems weird that we need VS to target windows, wasn't OpenGL es a viable option? Why did flutter devs opt for Visual Studio requirements? Is here anywhere I could read up on this topic?

I know there's no straight answer to this question, but generally speaking how many packages should an app have? I'm looking at my own project here and I'm nearing 75 packages, is that... is that normal guys?
