So I am trying to make an app bar that basically has a search bar (Card, TextField, etc) widget and tabs below it. When scrolling I want the search bar to basically start disappearing, making the tabs the app bar. I tried using Sliver app bar for this but when I add my search bar to the “title:” property but it scales weirdly. Any help is appreciated!

So im not too familiar with Xcode, android studio, etc. I am an entrepeneur who just recently hired a developer to build an app for me, after working with a few others to get it going and to fix all bugs, I am now ready to upload but only problem is the developers I worked with all don't wanna help me upload to the store for some reason. their excuse is that they do not have much experience with that. Can anyone help me or guide me with uploading my app to appconnect? I have a developers account for both playstore and appstore but I just don't know the steps to take.
