People who constantly engage in sports that require a huge amount of energy always stay in shape. Moreover, these types of physical activities help individuals not only build an athletic body but also avoid certain diseases—such as obesity—that arise due to sedentary lifestyle and a lack of constant engagement in physically demanding activities. For instance, according to the data published by the professors of medicine at the Stanford University, more than 80% of sky divers never face type 2 diabetes in their lives. Professors attribute this trend to their frequent engagement in extreme sports. Therefore, extreme sports should not be banned.
