What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in UX/UI design across web, product, SaaS, or digital marketing environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and polished visual design across multiple formats.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and navigable prototyping.
- Experience working with complex design systems in Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong UI design sensibility with experience designing product or SaaS interfaces beyond traditional marketing deliverables.
- Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, product experiences, design systems, or editor-based interfaces.
- Experience designing content creation tools, native editing experiences, or scalable platform interfaces is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Ability to turn briefs and business goals into intuitive user experiences.
- Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional creative teams.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, remote environments.
Interest in AI tools and how they can enhance UX/UI workflows is a plus.
