We've covered the full 1st, 2nd, 3rd year ( click here to visit the study groups for all the organised notes) high yield exam oriented notes and uploaded on our @medperspect telegram channel.

Now the final 4th year remains. We'll be trying to cover that as well as soon as possible!

Pls keep in mind few points regarding note keeping and reading.

Notes are something that are made in order to save our time while re - reading / revising.

The notes are also made according to the readers mind and his level of interpretation of subject. It can be altered according to the need of the paper weightage and its importance as well.

So reading notes? Is that a good choice?
Well it depends on which level of preparation you are at,
If i am suppose to divide the year into different parts. It would probably be like this,
1st Stage
1) If you've just started the fresh academic year - restrain yourself from reading notes. Take help of analysis and evaluation of different topics and its importance and try to read textbooks and try to make your own notes. Refer them during exams. This is in my point of view the best possible way to learn and remember for long terms.

2nd stage
.
2) You are midway in the semester and lost?
Well it's still not late. It will be difficult to study the full subject deeply, so what you can do it study the important topics deeply, refer video lectures on youtube ( just type the topic names and you'll get plenty of videos) and try to still make some good notes and whatevers left, refer notes on telegram platform. So like that you'll be in a good state of mind to attempt the final exams.

3) The final stage which is the preparatory leave, i believe most students study sincerely in this period only ( well it is not supposed to be that way but nevermind that is what it is)
So if you are really struggling and lost than definitely in that short span of time you won't have thing of deeply studying all the topics nor even half of that? So what to do?
The only option remains is reading imp questions / high yield notes provided by different channels running on telegram!
And just get through the year.

So i think i have covered the 1st 2nd and 3rd year well enough that if one's really struggling on stage 3, he/she can still manage to score not only passing marks but a good decent score which would otherwise would have been difficult if you were to make all notes by yourself? Analyse all papers by yourself?
At that stage i guess we'll be able to help you'll the maximum!

Never the less! Always make that attempt that you all ( majority of you remain somewhere between stage 1 and 2) and avoid stage 3. If at all you'll land there
@medperspect @drchawda is there to help you out.
But if possible? Pls read your textbooks, make your own notes and always try to stay and be in the group 1. Which is difficult i agree but not impossible!

I'll be now posting 4th year notes! Good luck everyone and study well.

Signing off ~ until next time.

My honest advice to all first yearites. Pls do share with your juniors if possible! ❤️ Thanks 💕
Education today needs to include principles such as compassion and non-violence. What’s more, since we are missing something if we are physically fit, but full of anger and anxiety, we need to learn about emotional hygiene, tackling destructive emotions to find peace of mind.

A thread I wrote for twitter today. Great insights ofcourse!

A Christmas present for you all.
Hope it helps and i hope 2022 is your year. Merry Christmas 🤶🏻 ❤️🤗

Always remember.

You are not what you think you are! you are way bigger and way beyond. The only thing is that you are keeping yourself chained onto people's opinion of you. Just decide to break this shackle today and live a free life.

Very easy for me to say but difficult to practice. But as i always say it isn't impossible!
Be free because,

Our life is meant to be lived more than it is meant to be figured out, contained, or solved.

Ancient Laws That Never Fail

How I wish we can write down these and paste them by our bed sides to memorize, and cross check our lives regularly!

To be rich, – Give.
To succeed, – Serve.
To laugh, – Make someone laugh.
To prosper, – Be honest.
To excel, – Be faithful.
To go far, – Get up early.
To change someone, – Change yourself!
To be great, – Be disciplined,
To be strong, – Pray often.
To do a lot, – Speak little.
To be fruitful, – Praise God.
To live well, – Forgive.
To talk well, – Bind anger.
To sleep well, – Work hard.
To be loved, – Love.
To be a good husband, – Listen to her.
To be a woman, – Submit yourself.
To be respected, – Be polite.
To bind Satan, – Sanctify yourself.
To grow in faith, – Meditate on the word of God always.

None of these has ever failed! Give it a trial, and see for yourself.❤️

We should use our unique human intelligence to solve challenges we face, and never give up or tell ourselves there's no hope. If we have a positive goal and we're well-motivated to seek the well-being of others, no matter how difficult it is to achieve, we can remain determined.

Wishing you all a very happy new year in advance for a specific reason that you all get some time to read this message before you step into 2022.

If you've been following
@medperspect and if you think that we have added a little value to your life.
Pls read this before you try to decide or make any new year resolutions or goals!

So i just wanted to say one thing that let 2022 be your year. Let it be a year you evolve as a person don't make big big resolutions but if possible try to implement what i want to say now!

As Naval ' one of my favourite author has mentioned
"Status games are always going to exist. There’s no way around it, but realize most of the time, when you’re trying to create wealth and you’re getting attacked by someone else, they’re trying to increase their own status at your expense. They’re playing a different game. And it’s a worse game. It’s a zero-sum game instead of a positive-sum game. And we all will keep falling into this trap of games.

Validating what others think of you, rather than what you think of yourself!
Letting other people's opinion affect you,
Like "are bhai tu mota hogaya, bro she's put on a hell lotta weight" stop letting all this shit affect you. And ignore everyone who tells you all these things. Beware that their main purpose is to disturb you so that you remain in that state of disturbance and your peace of mind is lost! Pls beware.
I know this can be difficult, but if possible take this resolution that i won't bitch / back bite / gossip about other people in their absence and just see over the year if you stick to it, how your life takes a total turn, if at all you want to discuss then discuss the person's/institution's good values and properties rather then being in a state of constantly pulling everyone down you meet.
If possible study about the subject of
"Enlightened self interest" ways wherein everyone wins and nobody loses "

If you want to see some massive changes start with these!

Just decide for once you wish to come out of this common trends / rat races / useless competitions / getting sad if you don't get your desired ranks, marks, passing failing.
Life is a journey and you all will exactly go the way you were destined to, believe it or not! So why not enjoy whatever we have and be grateful to it? There are many others in worse state than you are! Why not help them?

See, try and see if you can implement these things,
If you want to play games, play bigger games! Leave up this mediocrity crisis and arise and awake!

Just give yourself one year. I am not asking for much.
Try to be happy always even if situations are bad! Try reading good books!
Find ways to help others.
There's only one formula to human greatness and that is service to others! See if you can find ways.

I don't want to be great nor do i have any expectations in return ever since i am following the "stoics".
But this is my way to serve and uplift. You all can find yours too!

It can take time but definitely it is achievable!

So i hope and wish and pray for everyone who's connected with us. That may 2022 be your year. May it be a year wherein you evolve in all sects of life ie physically, mentally, spiritually.
May you find ways to help and serve others and in return may you all attain everlasting peace and happiness in return!
Good luck and best wishes always.

I just have a tiny message.
Take care of you.

You are #1 priority.
Sometime, we lost ourselves in the grind.
We forgot the why.
We forgot to take time.
We forgot to laugh, enjoy, have fun.

We are so focus on the next target, the next goal, the next workout and we become the exact same thing we are trying to escape.

Everything happens for a reason, me writing these words, you reading them.

I don't know you, there's no reason to listen to me, but i needed to type these words for the few souls who will read it : take care, you matter.

And if life is hard, remember, just survive one day after another, doesn't have to be more than this.

Be well ❤️

I still remember when i had started this life coach initiative, ofcourse with pure intentions to help people especially medical students, the numbers initially were very few, infact only one, now over the years i believe and have witnessed that when you are true, consistent and persistent with whatever you feel like doing from your heart and when you are truly ready and capable you'll get whatever you had once wished for, i didn't get disheartened when i had started this and the numbers were few because at the back of my mind i always remembered the words of my mentor that "when your conscience is clean and when you are truly inclined to a purpose, the numbers initially might be small, but one day you'll be a ruler over many" from hardly anyone coming forward to even open up when i had started to now reaching at a point that whenever i open my telegram there are so many chats pending for me to reply back, i believe it had to happen because i was consistent and persistent towards one thing which i loved doing the most! Which is to help. ❤️
Trust God and trust the timing of your life.

Everything will exactly happen the way it was meant to be.

Hi friends! I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who had wished well for me as well as everyone who's connected with us through @medperspect

I wanted to say that i've cleared my 3rd year with great marks and also managed to get a distinction in materia medica.

Ever since i have been following the stoic mentality, speaking highly of oneself has always been of the radar.
But i just mentioned it here just to say that whatever i say is only when it's time tested, over the years of experience and its in genuine faith for everyone's growth and success. I've never had this insecurity of anyone going ahead of me or anyone topping apart from me. It is an individual race and we all are running our own, on our karmic debts.

So now i am in the final year of my medical life and like i've always worked, i assure i'll work double to get the desired results for me as well as the homeopathic fraternity.

Thank you for your wishes and blessings. They mean a lot and is my only push through motivation to work for the common good.
Thanks again. Keep in touch. And own your own life.

Be well ~
@drchawda
Best wishes always

Ps: We tried our best to help everyone as much as we could possibly think of. Still for the ones who couldn't make it through do not get disheartened. I'll talk soon.
Up and onwards!
