Applications are open. This summer we're locking in with a small group of builders. Build something in 6 weeks and get a real stranger to pay you within 90 days. Whether it's $1 or $1,000, prove someone wants what you made. You'll be building alongside founders and creators who've actually shipped, and we'll be building with you.

Only 6 public spots are available. To apply, send a short video introducing yourself and something you've built before. Applications close July 27, and the cohort starts August 3. Apply here.

A lot of you have been following the journey from the very beginning. Today, Cohort 1 begins. a small group of builders committed to showing up every single day for the next 12 weeks and building something real.

The goal is simple. Keep shipping. Keep improving. Keep moving forward. If someone disappears or stops putting in the work, they're out. we'll be sharing the entire journey here. Every milestone, every setback, every win, and every lesson along the way.

I built this Telegram bot for @firstdollarhq.

The idea is simple. Every day you ship something in your group using /shipped. The bot scores your progress, tracks your streak, keeps project context, generates weekly wrapped stats, maintains a leaderboard, and if you disappear for 4 days, it soft-kicks you.

It also has some fun commands like /joke and /roast.

We've been using it to run our cohort, and it's been working really well. I figured other builder communities might find it useful too, so I decided to open-source it.

Contributions are more than welcome.

Grab it, set up your own bot and database, deploy it, and you're good to go.
