SOC-R по-українськи!

Нещодавно Центр морських операцій «Вікінг» Головного управління розвідки отримав катер вогневого прикриття/підтримки вітчизняного виробництва.

Конструкція очевидно базується на концепції американських катерів SOC-R (Special Operations Craft – Riverine), які нині використовуються 144-м центром спеціальних операцій та підрозділами Корпусу морської піхоти України.

Новий катер має вантажопідйомність до 2 тонн корисного та бойового навантаження. Довжина перевищує 10 метрів, ширина становить 3,6 метра, осадка — 0,7 метра.

Рубка виконана із броньованої сталі та забезпечує захист за стандартом STANAG рівня 4, окремі елементи мають захист рівня STANAG 3.

Візуально борти оснащені протикульним захистом.

Катер обладнаний шістьма точками для встановлення озброєння, такого як кулемети Browning M2 чи M134 (по аналогії з SOC-R) та автоматичні гранатомети Mk19.

На центральній частині палуби, перед рубкою, розташоване кулеметне гніздо, яке за формою нагадує аналогічний механізм катера CB90 — можливо, це саме воно.

У цьому гнізді встановлено кулемет Browning M2, проте ймовірно, туди можна також інтегрувати легкий бойовий модуль, як це реалізовано на шведських катерах.

Конструкція катеру явно "морська", а не "річкова", що дасть можливість працювати у відкритому морі.

Ukrainian SOC-R!

Recently, the Viking Maritime Operations Center of the Main Intelligence Directorate received a domestically produced fire support boat.

The design is clearly based on the concept of American SOC-R (Special Operations Craft – Riverine) boats, which are currently used by the 144th Special Operations Center and units of the Ukrainian Marine Corps.

The new boat has a load capacity of up to 2 tons of payload and combat load. It is over 10 meters long, 3.6 meters wide, and has a draft of 0.7 meters.

The hull is made of armored steel and provides STANAG Level 4 protection, with some elements having STANAG Level 3 protection.

Visually, the sides are equipped with bulletproof protection.

The boat is equipped with six mounting points for weapons such as Browning M2 or M134 machine guns (similar to the SOC-R) and Mk19 automatic grenade launchers.

In the central part of the deck, in front of the wheelhouse, there is a machine gun nest, which resembles a similar mechanism on the CB90 boat — perhaps it is the same one.

This nest is equipped with a Browning M2 machine gun, but it is likely that a light combat module could also be integrated there, as is the case on Swedish boats.

The boat's design is clearly “marine” rather than “river,” which will allow it to operate in the open sea.
