📌Article 153:

Governors of State

✅There shall be a Governor for each State.

✅The same person can be appointed as Governor for two or more States (Seventh Constitutional Amendment Act of 1956)

📌Article 155:

Appointment of Governor.

✅The Governor of a State is
appointed by the President by warrant under his hand and seal.

📌Article 158 (3A):

When the same person is appointed as the Governor of two or more states, their emoluments and allowances are allocated among those states. The proportion in which each state contributes to the salary is determined by the President of India.
