So today I met this 60-year-old jacked dude at our gym, and damn, let me tell you guys, he is fit. He was doing pull-ups like he is 21.

I thought to myself that he is probably an old footballer who has been exercising his whole life. That's when I asked him in the changing room how long he had been working out.

He said that he has been exercising for 8 years and used to be a huge addict of khat, shisha, alcohol, etc.

He got rid of all of his old buddies, went full monk mode, and never returned to his old ways.

I was baffled. You will never expect that seeing the size of his arms. This just shows you that it's never too late fr. We are out here in our early 20s with no responsibilities trying to do something.

WE GOT THE TIME and ALL THE RESOURCES to do that.

Never doubt yourself, it's never too late.
