One weekend a few months ago I had a random thought: at a woreda office, the actual service — renewing an ID, registering a birth, getting a business license — takes maybe 6 to 15 minutes. The wait to get there is the whole problem. And half the time you get turned away anyway because you forgot one document.
So I built the first version of woreda-flow with Lovable, mostly to see if the idea held up.
Then it just sat there for months because of exams and got forgotten inside my GitHub.
Picked it back up this week — this time building with Antigravity. Set up Supabase to handle the data, checked whether things are running as expected.

Current woreda-wait features
- Digital queue tickets per service, each one listing exactly what documents you need before you're in line.
- A display board for "now serving" and next person inline.
- An admin side for staff to run the queue.

Still early. But it's a good reminder that an idea doesn't need momentum to survive. It just needs you to come back to it.
