I will be honest...

I thought we would have just around 30-min conversation since yeah I understand he is the CFO of the large bank and his time is limited,

but,

We have had more than 1-hour conversation and he shared tons, tons of advice and answered to every single question with sooo much passion and detail, which I did not expect at all.

He said:

Do the right thing. Solve the problem, and create value to the organization. Then, even if you do a great job, never expect to get promoted or nor noticed. Keep drilling.

So, listen to this conversation 3-4 times.
