if you have a random number generator generating numbers form 0 to 999 it has 1/1000 chances of giving you 482.
BUT! it also has 1/1000 chances of giving you 483, 481, 428, etc. each, so these chances are >3/1000
because there's is only one right answer (482) and a lot of similar, but wrong ones, they will show up more often, unfortunately :(
but don't give up! or do. I'm not forcing.
