⚠️ Samsung has closed the exploit that allowed FRP Removal and Carrier Relock on Android 16 with the January 2026 security patch.
❌ WHAT NO LONGER WORKS
On January 2026 security patch and newer, FRP Removal and Carrier Relock are currently not possible. Downgrading will NOT help. Once the device is updated, the older exploits cannot be reopened.
✅ WHAT STILL WORKS
FRP Removal and Carrier Relock are still possible on Android 16, but ONLY with 2025 firmwares.
UPGRADE PATH FOR ANDROID 14 AND 15 USERS
If your phone is currently running Android 14 or 15, you can safely update to Android 16.
Steps:
📥 Download the correct Android 16 firmware for your exact model
📂 Unpack the firmware files
📲 Put the phone into Download Mode
🛠 Open Chimera Tool and go to the Firmware Update tab

⚠️ Samsung has closed the exploit that allowed FRP Removal and Carrier Relock on Android 16 with the January 2026 security patch.
❌ WHAT NO LONGER WORKS
On January 2026 security patch and newer, FRP Removal and Carrier Relock are currently not possible. Downgrading will NOT help. Once the device is updated, the older exploits cannot be reopened.
✅ WHAT STILL WORKS
FRP Removal and Carrier Relock are still possible on Android 16, but ONLY with 2025 firmwares.
UPGRADE PATH FOR ANDROID 14 AND 15 USERS
If your phone is currently running Android 14 or 15, you can safely update to Android 16.
Steps:
📥 Download the correct Android 16 firmware for your exact model
📂 Unpack the firmware files
📲 Put the phone into Download Mode
🛠 Open Chimera Tool and go to the Firmware Update tab
