Although this claim has been disproven by Fack Check, the fact is clear: NASA's information on space and astronauts far outweighs any progress or discoveries regarding the ocean, deliberately shifting attention to space.

Is this connected to Michael V. deGruy's revelation of the firmament beneath the ocean?
It's no wonder there are so many conspiracy theories. Even when strange phenomena are right in front of us, no one further investigates or explains them.

NOAA claims to be a US government agency focused on ocean and atmospheric conditions, but its existence has never been authorized by Congress. However, its current size is undeniable due to its deep integration with major industries, and it maintains long-standing and strong partnerships with the U.S. Navy and NASA.

However, the 2025 project accuses NOAA of being a major driver of the climate change warning industry and calls for its breakup.

Video 1 also mentions the 2019 Trump-NOAA Sharpiegate incident. Whether this case was intentional or unintentional remains unknown. However, the weather map shows that the hurricane's trajectory on 8/29 is indeed very dramatic compared to that on 9/1.
