These guys are scum, but never disregard a good idea just because your enemy came up with it. Most Irish people think their only vehicle to social change or representation is the electoral system when there is lots of room for innovation in this not for profit space. They don't want you to start setting up these types of groups and using their own rules / system against them. Stop crying about NGOs start churning them out factory style and turn up at the table.

If you culled that you would end up culling more of the population than Bill Gates could ever dream of. It's about 12 billion, and I don't think it's wise to publicly advocate for withdrawing funding from all our schools, universities, health clinics, Meals on Wheels, sports clubs, cancer charities, heritage groups, and so on. A major issue with our side of the aisle is that no one has effectively investigated and communicated what this figure of 33,000 actually represents. Itβs likely that a maximum of 400 NGOs need scrutiny, with the top 10% of those causing the most impact through policy lobbying. INAR, for instance, only comprises 180 members out of this 33,000 figure. Perhaps it's up to Fianna FΓ‘ct to clarify the situation in this sector once and for all.

Advocating for the boycotting of businesses that housed migrants in the past and want to return to normalcy will lead to them housing IPAS again if they don't get customers in the door. I would argue for the exact opposite. Reward them with your business, unless you want the place planted again in 6 months time.
