1) Y23 PARTICIPANTS SHOULD REPORT IN RND AUDITORIUM BY 7:20 AM
SHOW YOUR QR AND COLLEGE ID CARD AS REPORTING. (ANY ISSUES REGARDING QR WILL BE ADDRESSED IN TELEGRAM CHANNEL https://t.me/ffestklu)

1A) OTHER PARTICIPANTS SHALL FOLLOW AS PER THE SCHEDULE

2) HELP DESK WILL BE AVAILABLE IN RND LOBBY

3) GET YOUR LAPTOPS AND MOBILES FULLY CHARGED

4) GIVE YOUR PREFERENCES IN THE FORM SHARED IN TELEGRAM CHANNEL

5) GO THROUGH WORKSHOP DETAILS AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND GET IT DONE BEFORE YOU COME TO YOUR WORKSHOP (https://www.swechaap.org/freedomfest/)

6) SCHEDULE WILL BE SHARED WITH VENUE DETAILS BY 6 AM IN TELEGRAM CHANNEL

7) PARTICIPANTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AFTER SCHEDULED START TIME OF THE EVENT. ATTENDANCE WILL BE TAKEN ONLY FOR THE PARTICIPANTS

8) DRAWING PARTICIPANTS SHOULD GET THEIR OWN COLORS. PAPERS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL ACTIVITIES

IN THAT CASE THE MAXIMUM SIL POINTS WILL BE 275

Those attending Literary events can shift to another evevent after 45 min duration of activity

However students attneding workshops cannot change venues
