یادآوری مهم در خصوص همیاران دانشجویی: از آنجا که فرم های همیار اول هرماه جهت هماهنگی به دانشکدگان فني ارسال می گردد، چنانچه همیاران گرامی فرم شماره ۳ را به آموزش تحويل ندهند، ساعت کار آن ماه در پرداختی به دانشجو محاسبه نمی گردد. لذا در تحويل به موقع(قبل از پایان هرماه) فرم شماره ۳ نهایت دقت را مبذول فرمائيد.

با سلام کلاس دکتر صدیق امروز صبح ۴ آذر برگزار نمی گردد و کلاس بعدازظهر بصورت مجازی برگزار می شود.

کلاس اصول مدیریت و برنامه ریزی راهبردی آقای دکتر عظیمی یکشنبه ۴ آذر برگزار نمی شود.

به استحضارمي‌رساند تمام افرادي (اتباع) كه در دانشگاه مشغول به تحصيل مي‌باشند، از ابتداي تحصيل فقط بايد داراي رواديد (ويزا) و اقامت تحصيلي با گذرنامه الكترونيكي از طرف دفتر امور كنسولي دانشگاه باشند، هر نوع اقامت مانند اقامت هاي عادي در ايران از طريق مقيم بودن و كارت آمايش (اتباع كشور افغانستان) براي تحصيل در دانشگاه معتبر نمي‌باشد و صرفاً شخص مي‌تواند موقتاً يك ترم در دانشگاه تحصيل نمايند و از ترم دوم بايد گذرنامه به دانشگاه ارائه دهد، همچنين دانشجوياني كه توريستي در حال رفت و آمد به كشور مي‌باشند (مخصوصاً اتباع كشور عراق) در پايان تحصيل خود قادر به دريافت مدرك و دانشنامه خود نيستند.

خواهشمند است پس از اطلاع رساني و پايش، اگر افرادي داراي چنين شرايطي مي‌باشند، هر چه زودتر جهت تبديل وضعيت خود به دفتر امور كنسولي جهت راهنمايي بيشتر مراجعه نمايند. همچنين اسامي دانشجويان بين المللي كه از طريق كنكور سراسري پذيرفته شده‌اند، جهت دريافت رواديد و اقامت تحصيلي به اين واحد در اسرع وقت اعلام گردد.
