🚨 We would like to draw your attention to the procedure for freshman and sophomore passes
1⃣ To get a PERSONAL PASS, valid for the whole period of study, students who are 18 years old or older, should go through the procedure of its registration in their free time until 17.10.2025.
📌 It is obligatory to have your PASSPORT.
To do this:
1.If you live in a hotel on the FEFU campus (or in a dormitory), you should check in your Personal account on the FEFU website under the "Accommodation" tab to see if there is a record indicating the number of the hotel (dormitory) where you are staying, and if the information about your accommodation corresponds to your actual place of residence, you should arrive at one of the photo and pass generation points located at FEFU.
2.If you do not reside at the University facilities, you must arrive at the photo point with an activated account in the "My University" application.
▫️Building C - office C617
▫️Mon to Fri from 09:00 to 18:00
✅After generating the pass, in your Personal Account in the "Order Pass" tab, an electronic version of your permanent personal pass will be formed.
2⃣Underage students (under 18 years old):

💬 The National Center "Russia" is a place where Russia's strength is shown through the unity of its peoples.
On Unity Day, November 4, advisers for international students joined an exciting tour at the National Center "Russia". There they learned about master plans for the development of Primorye region.
🐯 On the first floor, they saw interactive maps and exhibits about the Russian language. They looked at the "Mayak" model and the "Atom. Future" hall. They also checked out stands from Rosatom and FESCO, showing progress in atomic energy and logistics.
🚢 Then, they went on an interactive trip: diving in a bathyscaphe, driving a boat, virtual walks in nature reserves, and meeting the Amur leopard. On the second floor, they learned about Primorye's potential in supplying different products and materials for production. They also tried future jobs.
🐼 Our Advisers were amazed by the center's innovative design and interactive exhibits. These let them dive into Russia's rich present and look at an inspiring future for Primorye region.
The tour was a bright reminder that, despite our differences, we are part of one big country, connected by a shared history and future.

Velesian Night is called Slavic Halloween!
Instead of the usual Halloween, we decided to dive into the world of ancient Slavic holidays. So we decided to explore the «Velesian Night».
🎥 Main goal of the Movie Club is to host thematic movie nights and this time we watched «The Master and Margarita» — not about Slavic mythology, but equally mystical.
🍂 The evening started with a presentation on Slavic spirits and gods, followed by a fun quiz.
🐼 Then came the main event: watching a movie in a cozy atmosphere with snacks, sweets, and festive decorations. Guests brought blankets, cups, snacks and good mood — it was truly magical!
Thanks to all organizers and participants and stay tuned for our next movie night!

Новый год — про встречи с теми, кто рядом 🎄В ДВФУ в новогоднюю ночь и на Рождество будет действовать круглосуточный гостевой режим.
🕖 Круглосуточный доступ гостей внутри жилых корпусов и между ними (в кампусе и на материке) будет доступен для студентов и сотрудников ДВФУ с действующим персональным пропуском:
🌲 с 31 декабря по 1 января — без ограничения по времени пребывания;
🌲 с 6 января по 7 января — без ограничения по времени пребывания.
В остальные дни гостевой режим работает в привычном формате:
🕖 с 7:00 до 23:00.
❗️Обращаю внимание: введение круглосуточного гостевого режима не отменяет правила внутреннего распорядка. В кампусе строго запрещено:
🚫 пронос и распитие алкоголя, а также нахождение в состоянии алкогольного опьянения;
🚫 курение табачной и никотинсодержащей продукции;
🚫 проход в общежития и гостиницы в обход постов охраны (через окна, подвалы, пожарные лестницы и т.д.);
🚫 небрежное отношение к имуществу университета и его повреждение;
🚫 запуск салютов и фейерверков на территории кампуса, использование бенгальских огней и открытого огня в помещениях.
Дорогие студенты и сотрудники, прошу строго соблюдать правила гостевого режима. Решение о его введении принимается ежегодно совместно с Департаментом комплексной безопасности (за что им отдельная благодарность). Любые нарушения повлекут ответственность и могут привести к отмене круглосуточного режима.

The end of the autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year is approaching, which means it’s time to announce the competition for the Enhanced State Academic Scholarship (ESAS) based on the results of the winter exam session! ✨
Any FEFU student who has distinguished themselves during the semester in one or several areas is welcome to participate:
— academic performance;
— research activities;
— social engagement;
— cultural and creative activities;
— sports.
You will be able to submit your application via the «Единое окно» service from February 1, 9:00 AM to February 11, 6:00 PM (Vladivostok time).
All achievements must be uploaded to the «Student Portfolio» service by 6:00 PM on February 11.
The competition will consider achievements obtained between February 1 / August 1, 2025, and January 31, 2026.
Documents submitted after the deadline will not be considered!
If you are participating for the first time or would like to better understand the system, be sure to attend the meeting with the Scholarship Committee!
