X Eastern Economic Forum Seeks Volunteers ✨

The largest event in the Far East will take place from September 3 to 6, 2025, in Vladivostok on Russky Island. 

📌Volunteers can assist in organizing the following areas of EEF 2025: 
🔸 Administration of business program halls; 
🔸 Work at information desks; 
🔸 Issuing accreditation badges to participants; 
🔸 Greeting and assisting participants at arrival/accommodation points; 
🔸 Exhibition zone administration; 
🔸 Coordinating participant transportation; 
🔸 Monitoring access to event and dining areas; 
🔸 Guiding participants at the central event venue. 

✅Services provided to volunteers: 
🔸 Accommodation at FEFU campus(Russky Island); 
🔸 Specialized training; 
🔸 Modern and stylish uniforms; 
🔸 Meals (during shifts);

Please be advised that from 07:00 September 1 to 23:59 September 6, 2025, a special access regime will be in effect on the FEFU campus.

Access to the campus territory is restricted and permitted only to accredited staff and students upon presentation of a personal accreditation badge/pass.

📌Key rules:

✅ Wear your badge visibly at all times while on campus.
✅ Your personal badge is non-transferable. Sharing it with third parties is strictly prohibited.

🚫 STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:

1.Transferring your pass to another person.

2.Disturbing public order.

3.Bringing weapons, hazardous and prohibited items, alcoholic beverages, narcotic substances.

4.Smoking outside designated areas.

5.Being on campus under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6.Conducting photo or video recording without special permission.

7.Using any personal mobility devices (scooters, hoverboards, segways, monowheels, etc.).

8.Bringing any technical equipment that may interfere with the Forum events.

Please be informed that on September 27, 2025, Vladivostok will host the 9th International "Bridges of Vladivostok" Marathon. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Due to this event, there will be road closures throughout the city, including the bridge to Russky Island.

📚 Regarding Academic Schedule: All classes on this day will be rescheduled.

· If possible, classes will be moved to a distance learning format.
· If online format is not feasible, classes will be postponed to another date.

🚧 Traffic Information: Road closures will affect one lane of traffic towards the city center. You can view the detailed road closure map in attached file.
