Let's talk about rules 🧐

Starting from today you can receive your EEF badge in E745.

Make sure to learn the following rules:
- you must carry your badge and the original of passport during the whole period of Eastern economic forum;
- the badge is personalized. It is strongly prohibited to give your badge to someone else;
- losing the badge or any violation of the rules leads to accreditation cancellation and dormitory eviction.

FEFU is a huge international community and we're glad to share student initiatives with you! Today our guest is Jocelyn, the head of ACILA 🎉

I'm Jocelyn I'm from Bolivia and I'm in second year of Economics. I'm the representative of the Latin American Spanish speakers association (ACILA by the initials in Russian).

ACILA was founded by Geraldine Osorio in 2019.
It was created with the purpose of promoting Latin American cultural diversity and richness, taking Latin America as a unity, and also sharing our culture and achieve a cultural exchange through activities with different associations.

Last year we created two clubs, a dance club named "Shake it". Our goal was to teach different kinds of dances from not only Latin America but also from around the world. Join the chat if you're interested: https://t.me/clubdebaile

She will tell about the basic scholarship, scholarship bank card, which scholarship you'll get after the first exams, how to get a higher scholarship and much more.

PCR-tests to activate your badge❗

All students who stay on campus during the forum need to pass the PCR-test to activate your badge.

Date: 07.09.2023
Time: 8am - 10pm (8:00-22:00)
Places: Building 8.1, Building 10, Building L
Don't forget to bring your passport and badge!

IMPORTANT: without PCR-test your badge will not be activated and you will not be allowed into campus!😭
