International Students Office invites you to take part in the environmental show "Second Life. Saving the Ocean" as part of the Spring Week of Kindness, which is held from April 15 to 20 by the FEFU Volunteer Training Center.

⌛When? 19.04.2024, Friday (19:00)

🗺️ Where? FEFU Campus, Building A, Hall 3 levels (Blue carpets)

🕊️The task: to prepare costumes from recycled materials and any materials suitable for making a costume, and reflect this problem.

How to correctly apply for accommodation to secure a spot in the dorm you like? 
 
If you are currently a student of any course in full-time attendance, except for final year students, and require accommodation in a campus or mainland for the academic year 2024/25, you need to submit an application for accommodation. 
 
⏰Applications for accommodation must be submitted through the "Check-in 24-25" service from June 1st to June 30th inclusive

When submitting the application: 
1️⃣Carefully check your personal details. They must be up-to-date at the time of submission. 
2️⃣Specify accommodation preferences – 10 positions (5 on-campus hotel buildings and 5 city hostels) and room types. 
3️⃣To have the option to stay in your current room, check the box "Want to stay in my room." 
 
If you are still residing in the campus when submitting the application but cannot check the box, check the "Accommodation" section. If it says "You do not reside in the hostel," contact the building administrator or message the DGiS chat with the number of your old accommodation application or previously submitted inquiries. 
 
4️⃣Review the entered data and preferences again and submit the application. 
5️⃣Download the confirmation. 
 
After submitting the application, it is not possible to modify, delete, or submit a new one! 
 
Information regarding the application review outcome will be displayed in your personal account at the "Check-in 24-25" section around early September. 
 
In case of technical issues (errors), contact the IT Support of FEFU through your personal account or via email at it-help@dvfu.ru (requests are only accepted from corporate emails).

We have great news for you! The submission of documents for the most long-awaited TOP-100, or rather TOP-125 FEFU competition has started 🤯

In 2024 our university is 125 years old, such a significant figure in the history of education in the Far East and that's why there will be 125 places 🤩

📌How to apply?

1️⃣ Please read the competition regulations carefully👇

2️⃣ Link to the My Portfolio platform and upload all accomplishments by June 3.
It is important that all submissions are uploaded and verified.

📌Previously uploaded achievements will be available for viewing starting June 1, 2024. You do not need to re-upload old achievements to the system.

3️⃣ Submit your entry form(file attached 👇) to the Youth Policy Department email mol@dvfu.ru.

❗Before submitting, don't forget to take the Index of Effectiveness of Educational Activities in Higher Education Institutions survey and indicate your ID in the questionnaire.

❗Attention❗

We have extended the deadline for receiving profiles and achievements for the "FEFU Top 125" until 18:00 on June 4, 2024. 😲

📌Please pay special attention to the following items:

1️⃣ Don't forget to fill in all lines in the questionnaire. They are all important;

2️⃣ Attach the questionnaire in word or pdf format;

3️⃣ When filling out the portfolio, attach a link to the post release or photo report, this will be a confirmation that the event really took place (announcements, posters, pictures, links to dobro rf. etc. are not post release);

4️⃣ If you are attaching a community book, the sheets should not be cut off, attach 1 page with a photo and a page with the confirmation record;

5️⃣ If you have changed your name, be sure to attach the change of name document.

6️⃣ Check to see if all previous accomplishments are in the portfolio (you can do this under the "Archived Accomplishments" tab and upload any missing ones. It is not necessary to re-upload existing achievements!

Remember that the specialist verifying achievements in the comments will always prompt and point out deficiencies.

How can I live together with my spouse/sibling in the new academic year?


Dear friends, beloved students! 🐼

Living together is based on the request submitted, room availability, and the lowest academic performance rating (APR) of one of the students.

⏰ The “Check-in 24-25” service will be available from June 1 to June 30 inclusive

For living together after submitting applications for settlement, one of you should send an appeal through your personal account from June 1 to August 9, attaching a supporting document.

You will receive a reply about the consideration of the application after the start of the booking of places for the next academic year.

❓ If the application is submitted later than August 9, it will be considered after the mass settlement and throughout the academic year.

1️⃣Check-in for spouses

You need to attach a scan copy of the marriage certificate to the application.

2️⃣Check-in for siblings

You need to attach a scanned copy of the birth certificate of both students, also if necessary a document confirming the change of the mother's surname.

❗️Note: in case of accommodation with a sibling, accommodation is based on gender.
