If you get angry quickly, it’s important to manage it in a healthy way — not suppress it, but control how you react. Here's what you can do....

🔥 Immediate Tips (When You Feel Anger Rising)

1. Pause Before You React:

Count 5 to 10 silently


Give your brain time to cool down.

2. Deep Breathing:
Inhale through your nose (4 sec), hold (4 sec), exhale slowly (4 sec).
Do this 3–5 times to calm your body.

3. Drink Water or Wash Face:
Cool water can help cool your emotions too.


4. Walk Away (If Possible):
If you can, leave the room or go to a different space.
Physical distance helps emotional distance.

1. Understand Your Triggers:
Notice what things or words make you angry.
Keeping a journal can help track patterns.


2. Exercise Daily:
