📌STATEMENT

Update on the situation of FEEDTK on the HOTBIT and AAX exchanges.

HOTBIT prevents us from withdrawing all the funds in stable coin FROM their exchanges knowing that 80% of the liquidities were on this exchange. At the end of July, they suspended their activities for a month and have since been unable to withdraw any kind of liquidity .

Our lawyers have been on it for more than 2 months, but without real success because they have gradually cut off all direct communication.

As our lawyers said, it doesn't smell good.

You have surely heard about the brutal fall of the FTX exchange which caused the loss of several billion dollars in value for investors around the world.

Since that day, the suspicions of cascading bankruptcies have only increased and the fear of the market hastened this.

AAX announced yesterday that it would no longer authorize withdrawals for all users under the pretext of an update to their system… It's not reassuring either.

The fall of FTX also affected us on other project, but that's something else.

At this stage we cannot do anything and are 100% dependent on their decisions.

We stay focused on it and we will give you an update and procedure to follow with the exchanges as soon as we have news.
