Hamilton ranks last in Canada in financial transparency.  Out of 13 categories such as accounting standards and year-end transparency, Hamilton was the only city to score a zero in every category.

Andrea Horwath and the degenerates and nons who occupy the Hamilton city council are nothing but corrupt fools.  Only in liberal democracy are people like this tolerated.  It's almost time for a change.
