I tend to abstain from posting news about Canada because none of it has been good and I have no solutions for it at the moment that don't involve the USA's direct involvement. This is perhaps the worst migration chart in history, would have incited a domestic conflict last century. Desperately needs fixing, and the Canadian conservatives sadly aren't willing to do that yet.

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month as well as PTSD Awareness Month and Father’s Day is this coming Sunday, June 15th. I miss my father deeply. We have also lost far too many great men in our lives to suicide. Show the men in your life appreciation for their advice, affection, empathy, hard work, help, hugs, humility, humour, integrity, guidance, loyalty, patience, protectiveness, provisions, sacrifices, strength, teachings, etc. Do it often. Don’t always expect stoicism; let them be human, too. Encourage their interests or passions that might not always be understood or supported. I see so many men in our community working to improve their physical/mental/spiritual health and learning healthier coping mechanisms. It’s truly a beautiful thing to watch unfold!
