This is a minor update, but includes significant internal changes. We use new page cache logic, and render text selection in a separate layer. These changes are backported from our upcoming iOS release and should improve page rendering speed on some devices and for some books. Text selection should work more smooth, especially on low-end devices.

A third-party FBReader port is available on Tizen Store (in Educational apps category). The port is based on the original C++ code and supports ePub and fb2 (including fb2.zip) formats. Network catalogues are not supported yet, as well as synchronisation.

FBReader for Android 2.1–2.3.* has been updated. This update makes possible to use synchronisation on old devices even after 20th April, when Google will block “obsolete” authorisation mechanism. New mechanism starts Web Browser to login to your Google account.
Packages available for regular devices and for Nook Simple touch. The fix for newer devices will be available in few weeks, before 20th of April.
