New Premium 3.0 beta 23 for Android already on the Google Play: Bluetooth headphones support, PDF rendering fixes, new Chinese localization. The beta of the free version, as well as compatible plugins, coming this weekend.

Bugfix release 1.0.8 for iPhone/iPad already on the App Store. Hides home indicator on new (no home button) iPads, opens ePubs with non-ASCII archive entry names.

Long-awaited 3.0 for Android is out. The biggest update since 2017 already on the Play Store. No background service for the library, built-in reading aloud in Premium. Multiple minor fixes. Premium edition with the new feature for the old price until 20th March.

Update 3.0.6 for Android and format plugins 2.2.7 are on the Google Play. Hopefully, this update resolves the mysterious issues of series 3.0: lags, battery power consuming, and even crashes on old (Android 4.4 and 5.x) devices.

Additionally, we fixed the inter-column space bug for PDF/DjVu formats and improved the voice selection dialogue in text-to-speech.

The end of Summer brings minor updates for both Android (3.0.16) and iOS (1.0.10). Both fixes relatively rare position saving/restoring issues.

The next iOS app update 1.0.11 integrates FBReader day/night feature with system light/dark modes. It will be available immediately after the official iOS 13 release.
