For me the reason Is very personal, It is a sacrifice I made.


1. Western world e to asole parents niye jawa quite tough, also surgery pawa o tough.
Ei duita thik thakle hoyto amio thaktam na.

2. As you guys know that I deal with life and death on a daily basis. And I get to see so many people who are my age dying right in front of me. it changes your outlook on life.
If you guys see the streets of gaza you might see a prehistoric era which is totally inhabitable. But the very musk of gazza is filled with jannah. So the entire philosphy of the "American dream/ amazing life abroad " looks like a hoax tbh to me.

3. Koekta jinish amk onek strongly hit korsilo asole, jmn dhoro one of the guys I grew up with in my neighood became gay once he went to canada :3

If I had to face something like this if I move abroad with my children it's obviously something That would hit me hard decision I made that led to these things.

These are the things, then again I too would move if things got too out of hand.

Check amal mattu's ecg classes ( just search on youtube)

There is a free class on ecg by me on my youtube channel you can also check that out

Last would be marriots ecg book, this one is very hard to grasp. I once read it, wouldn't advise for undergrad!

আমরা যখন 3rd year এ তখন স্যার রা খালি cause ধরতো আর আমরা বিরক্ত হতাম।
মুখস্থ টাইপ মনে হত অনেক!

বই টা নিজে নিজেই পড়া যায়, Take your time.

আমার কোর্স আছে " Medicine short case & Long case " মেডিভার্স এ, ওইটা সাথে Basic of Xray দেখে নিলে খুব ভাল একটা foundation হয়ে যাবে।

আমি আসলে খুব বেশি ঘুমাই না।
৪-৫ ঘন্টার বেশি ঘুম তো হয়না।

But night owl, early riser এইসব ভোগাস জিনিস।
Just focus করে পড়াশোনা করলেই হয়।
Early morning এ মানুষ জালায় কম, মেসেঞ্জার এ টুং টাং কম করে ফোকাস করা যায়।

আমার তো আসলে কখনো কোম সাউন্ড ছিলনা ফোন এ।
Notification সবখানে অফ।

So I could focus 😴

This is a myth বুঝছো।

I never overdin anything but I was very sincere.

আমি প্রফ এর আগে গাইনী, অবস এর ৩৫০ পেজ এর গাইড একদিনে পড়তে পারতাম। এইটা শুনেও ম্যাক্সিমাম মানুষ পাগল হয়ে যেত 😂

But এই গাইড আমি ১২/১৩ বারের মত পড়সিলাম তখন পর্যন্ত।
প্রথম প্রথম আমারো গুছাইতে টাইম লাগতো।
ডেইলি ১০/১৫ পেইজ পড়তেও কষ্ট হত।

So remember no one is more talented than you, people just work hard.

আরেকটা জিনিস ওয়ার্ড এ রোগি দেখা, ওইটা overlasting memory.

আমাদের প্রফ এ অনেক কে আস্ক করসে Bronchiectasis এর একটা treatment কি?

একেক জন একেক কথা বলে, বাট ধর আমি ওয়ার্ড এ শত শত রোগি দেখসি যে chest physiotherapy মেইন।
তো আমি ভুলবো না।

So Medical science is all about hard work!
