AVM is like a time bomb, একদিন ভিডিও বানাবো দেখি AVM নিয়ে।

AVM average time লাগে ১২+ ঘন্টা।
Very stressful one wrong move and the patient's dead!

AVM অনেক interesting যদিও ভিডিও তে বলবো নে।

কাজ পারলে টাকা আসে সব জায়গায়।
BD এর সব চেয়ে big shot colorectal surgeon উনি ৫০ কোটির মত কামায় মাসে।

Professionally - MRCS টা শেষ করা, post graduation এর কোচিং শুরু করার প্ল্যান and FCPS কোর্স তো নিজের মতই চলতেসে।

With a dedication like this I'm sure you will achieve it apu 😇
দেখা হবে হয়ত কোন একদিন ওটি তে।

এই situation অনেকেই ফেইস করবা।

আমাকে তো ওয়ার্ড গ্রুপ এ মেয়েরা ওটি দেখতে দিতে চাইতো না 😂 সামনে এসে দাঁড়ায় থাকতো।
পরে একা একা DMC এর casualty তে যাইতাম,that was a game changer.

1st to 3rd year পর্যন্ত আসলে কিছুটা hate হয়ত ফেইস করসি, মানুষ showoff বলবে and many other things.
What is important is you stay humble.

একটা জিনিস দেখসি মানুষ তোমার উপর ততোক্ষন পর্যন্ত jealous থাকে যতক্ষন তারা ভাবে they can catch you. Once they know you are out of their league jealousy fades away.

I was always blessed with a lot of friends, and batch এর almost সবাইকেই কম বেশি অনেক হেল্প করসি,and was super humble throughout the way.
So দিন,শেষে আসলে মানুষ এর অই jealousy টা আর পাইনাই.
তোমাদের অনেক কেই দেখি পড়তে গেলে ফ্রেন্ড খেপায় পড়া দাও বন্ধ করে this culture needs to change.

Bilateral extensor plantar response যেকোন জায়গাতেই একটা Important finding


Common Causes:

1. Spinal Cord Lesions (Bilateral)

* Cervical myelopathy
* Transverse myelitis

* Multiple sclerosis

*Spinal cord compression (tumor, abscess, trauma)

*Subacute combined degeneration (Vitamin B12 deficiency)


2. Brain Lesions (Bilateral)

*Bilateral cerebral infarction (e.g., parasagittal meningioma compressing both motor cortices)

*Diffuse cerebral dysfunction (e.g., anoxic brain injury, cerebral palsy, Encephalopathy due to any cause, Acid base disorders)


3. Metabolic or Degenerative Diseases

*ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis)

* Hereditary spastic paraplegia

সার্জারী বাইরে করা near impossible
আমার জানা মতেও কোন way নাই।

Work hour অনেক বেশি, stress বেশি, Strong mentality লাগে।
Toxicity আমি পাইনাই, এইটা হয়ত জায়গা জায়গা ভেদে vary করবে

Just be smart.

আমি তো suture করতে পারতাম ফার্স্ট year এই।
BMA ভবন থেকে কিনসিলাম জিনিস, আমার একটা towel এ দিতাম।
