اطلقت "أشوكا الوطن العربي" بالتعاون مع "الوليد للإنسانية" برنامجًا تحت عنوان "مصنع الابتكار"، وهو برنامج تدريبي يمتد لـ6 أشهر ويهدف إلى دعم وتمكين رواد ورائدات الأعمال الاجتماعية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتحديدًا الرياض.
البرنامج يستهدف الشباب والشابات بين عمر 18–30 ممن لديهم أفكار أو مشاريع ذات أثر اجتماعي، ويوفر لهم تدريبًا مكثفًا، إرشادًا مهنيًا، وفرصة للحصول على جوائز مالية للمشاريع الأكثر تميزًا. الجوائز المالية تقدر ب80 ألف دولار إجمالًا وسيتم توزيعها على المشاركين الفائزين في مسابقة مصنع الابتكار حسب قوة فكرتهم الخاصة.
