But now I just altered my point, instead of not answering or answering at the wrong time (distracting myself) I'll allow myself a certain amount of time at certain time for replying all the questions I receive.

Ko'p yegan emas, tanasiga singgan quvvatli bo'ladi

- Hazrat, bizning diyorlarda insonlar ko'p yeydi, ammo sizlardek g'oziy emas, baquvvat emas. Sababiga qiziqdik, nima uchun ularning tanalari sizlarga qaraganda zaif? Axir sizlar bir kunda ikki martadan yoki bir marta taomlanasizlar-ku.

Bu zamonning tabiblari taomlanish ortidan xasta bo'lganlarni emas, jangda yaralanganlar, mashg'ulotda lat yeganlar, zaharlanganlar, issiq yo sovuq urganlar va boshqalarni davolaydi. Ustozlaringizning etaglarini mahkam tutib, aytganiga amal qiling. Kam harakat bo'lgan ilm toliblari uchun kam ovqatlanish kifoya. Ammo jang san'ati, tijoriy safarlar bilan ham mashg'ul bo'lganlar bir kunda ikki marta taomlansa bo'ladi. O'zingiz va nasllaringiz g'ayratli bo'lishi uchun kam yeyishni odat qiling.
