That's what you've been programmed to believe. This is not true. I haven't eaten meat, etc, for 42 years. I am 57, and extremely healthy. This is an area where, even extremely open-minded and truth-seeking people don't want to go, as it brings about a huge cognitive dissonance reaction. There is, in my opinion, a much darker agenda attached to eating meat. 100% we are programmed from childhood to believe that meat and dairy, etc, are good for us. There is no way that any child - or indeed adult, if they are HONEST - would look at an animal and see "food" rather than a living creature. This is one of the biggest programming/desensitising agendas ever. Full stop. There is a massive 'can of worms' attached to this topic, and it takes most meat-eaters waaay out of their comfort zone. Believe me, once you see it, there's no going back...!!
