No lands beyond 60th parallel south only ice.

A high altitude weather balloon from South of Argentina would be a good place to see whats up there as I don't believe there are any restrictions.

How would it even be remotely possible to police all the ice..

The Antarctica treaty was agreed by states and countries...I am not a state or a country.

The treaty may allow the magistrates courts to fine you if they catch you...but there's no one out there enforcing the treaty

Also, if you are from a country that is not signed up to the Antarctica treaty then you are not breaking any rules.

You have not seen any images or videos of the Antarctica ice wall because the simple fact is the sun light does not reach beyond 80 degrees south latitude and all the videos of the ice wall have the sun in them
