I am speaking to the Police:


The Lieutenant Governor did make a Declaration of Emergency on March 17, 2020 on NO SWORN EVIDENCE.

The Lieutenant Governor did extend that Declaration of Emergency on March 30, 2020 - again, on NO SWORN EVIDENCE.

The Declaration of Emergency was revoked on July 24, 2020.

The report on that 129 Declaration of Emergency (March 17/20 to July 24/20) never once discussed the resources that justified the Declaration of Emergency, nor did that report discuss the criteria and circumstances to justify the Declaration of Emergency.

The resources in s7.0.1(3) of the Emergency Management & Civil Protection Act were never disclosed.

It is therefore a HOAX.

Hospital staff learned to dance well on the job, as there was no "war zone" in the hospitals. It's a HOAX.


On January 12, 2021, the Lieutenant Governor did make another Declaration of Emergency again, and again on NO SWORN EVIDENCE. The Lieutenant Governor also extended the emergency - again, on NO SWORN EVIDENCE.

To be clear, and this is from the Reopen Ontario Act:
In s3(2) of the Reopening Act, the Lieutenant Governor may extend orders.
In s5 of the Reopening Act, "The Lieutenant Governor in Council may by order revoke an order continued under section 2."


It is the Lieutenant Governor ONLY.


Essential Services were obstructed and interfered with. One in particular, was access to a Justice of the Peace by any member of the population.


In short, the Lieutenant Governor did commit Domestic Terrorism, HOAX regarding Terrorism, Murder (Culpable homicide is murder), and many more criminal code violations.

The police may use s15 of the Charter, as well as s1(b) of the Canadian Bill of Rights - equal benefit and equal protection of the law - while fulfilling their duties as police officers - and use the law to make an immediate arrest of the Lieutenant Governor.

As you see the emergency order recommended by Doug Ford, but approved and ORDERED by Lieutenant Governor Elizabeth Dowdeswell, who is the provincial representative of the Queen.
