Civil Engineer is required for a new project in Qasem, candidates should be in side Ksa


Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities, related to his discipline, in a defined zone.
• Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials, and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
• Prepare daily timesheets for the entire squad with equipment, acknowledges and witnesses that all working hours are correct with maximum efficiency and effort is being achieved.
• Ensures all materials and tools related to your discipline are available on site, and reports to the construction manager in case of any shortage or delay.
• Solves the Superintendents’ operational and technical issues on site. timely and cost-efficient manner.
Skills
• Proven working experience in civil engineering
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
• Project management and supervision skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• License of professional engineer
• Experience in making periodic invoices for contractors
• Experience in inventory work for assorted items.
• Primavera p6- MS project
• BS/MA in Civil Engineering.
• PMP certified.

ويشترط خبرة كمهندس تصميم و إشراف لا تقل عن عامان في العمل بمكاتب هندسية بالسعودية.
مع الإلمام التام ببرامج التصميم الإنشائي SAP , SAFE , ETABS , PROKON وكذلك الإلمام ببرنامج REVIT.
وكذلك الإلمام بالتصميم بالكود السعودي.
