ngl the dream setup for me at this point would be

maxed out m4 max macbook pro for all my creative/work stuff

and

my ryzen linux computer for gaming / blender 3d rendering since that works GREAT on linux (with a small windows partition for games that have anal anticheat)

i think this is going to be my goal going forwards

btw blender is measurably faster on linux

it is just a small % per rendered frame but considering i render thousands of frames per day sometimes it really adds up

spent the entire day moving furniture around and cleaning stuff: my body feels tired but it's been unironically great to take a break from editing and working for a bit and in general doing physical work is one of those things that make you feel so good when you are done

i have no real point with this i guess just idk if you can do exercise or help friends with moving furniture or just get your body to do stuff you will be happy in the end, it really helps especially if like me your job requires you to stay inside a lot

like a lot of people (understandably) value their time a lot and so they'd rather pay someone to build stuff or move stuff for them but idk it really helps both body and mind to "touch grass" as often as you can

ngl one thing that i love about bluesky is that generally speaking on my feed i basically see zero politics atm which is refreshing considering the state of twitter atm if you live in the EU like me

ableton is not working anymore because the specific version of wine that i need to use stopped working and i can seem to fix it without rebuilding
