❇️چه مدارکی برای صدور آن توسط دانشگاه ها لازم است؟
✅I-20
، یک فرم مهاجرتی بوده که دانشگاه ها به منظور تعیین واجد شرایط بودن یک دانشجوی بین المللی برای اخذ ویزای آمریکا صادر می کنند

✅ I-20
این فرم، علاوه بر نام دانشجو و دانشگاهی که وی قصد ادامه تحصیل در آن را دارد، شرایط قابل قبول پذیرش، رشته ی در نظر گرفته شده، هزینه ی کمک درسی، تسلط دانش آموز به زبان انگلیسی و کشورمبدا را نیز ثبت می کن

✅فرم I-20 انواع بورس هایی را که به دانشجو اعطا خواهد شد و یا کمک های مالی که از طریق اشتغال در دانشگاه به دست می آیند، نیز لیست می کند. در این حالت دانشگاه، خود مسئولیت توانایی متقاضی برای پرداخت تمام یا قسمتی از هزینه ها را بر عهده می گیرد. در اینجا به سوالات رایج در مورد فرم I-20 اشاره می کنیم:

سند صادر شده توسط دانشگاه های آمریکا، چیست؟
I-20 سندی است که دانشگاه در آن شرایط ادامه تحصیل، میزان کمک هزینه های اعطایی و هزینه های تحصیل را برای وزارت امنیت داخلی و وزارت امور خارجه ایالات متحده آمریکا فهرست می کند. به طور کلی فرم I-20 پس از پذیرفته شدن برای دانشجویان خارجی صادر می شود. این بدان معنی می باشد که یک دانش آموز قبل از درخواست ویزای دانشجویی باید برای دانشگاه درخواست داده و پذیرفته شود. روند صدور ویزا ممکن است تا چندین ماه طول بکشد، بنابراین دانشجویان مصمم به تحصیل در دانشگاه های آمریکا باید تا آنجا که ممکن است زودتر برای دریافت ویزا اقدام نمایند.

✅ چگونه سند I-20 را از دانشگاه های ایالات متحده به دست آوریم؟
یک I-20 صادر شده توسط دانشگاه های ایالات متحده، تنها پس از اخذ پذیرش به دست آورده می شود. پس از دریافت پذیرش از دانشگاه آمریکایی، شما ملزم به ارسال یک گواهی بانکی هستید که نشان می دهد از منابع مالی لازم برای تامین هزینه همیای تحصیلیتان در آمریکا برخوردار هستید. در صورتی که کمک هزینه های اعطایی دانشگاه تمام هزینه ها را پوشش دهد، نیازی به ارسال گواهی بانکی نمی باشد.
برای صدور I-20 ، یک گواهی اصلی مهر و امضا شده ی بانک توسط دانشگاه های ایالات متحده مورد نیاز است. هنگامیکه این گواهی به گروه پذیرش دانشگاه های ایالات متحده تحویل داده شود، فرآیند I-20 شما آغاز می شود. اگر تعداد متقاضیان پذیرفته شده بین المللی زیاد باشد، ممکن است این جریان تا یک ماه طول بکشد I-20 صادر شده از طریق پست به خانه شما فرستاده می شود. بعد از آن شما توانید برای ویزای F1 آمریکا درخواست دهید.

جهت اخذ ویزای دانشجویی از دانشگاه های آمریکا با توجه به رشته و مقطع تحصیلی مدارک متفاوتی مورد نیاز می باشد ولیکن تقریباً اکثر دانشگاه ها بطورعمومی مدارک زیر را از داوطلبان تقاضا می کنند:

✅برای اخذ ویزای دانشجویی آمریکا شما می بایست از دانشگاه مورد نظر خود پذیرش بگیرید. نحوه درخواست پذیرش از دانشگاههای دولتی و خصوصی امریکا
به طور کلی یکسان می باشد، پس مطالعه وب سایت دانشگاه و اطلاع از مدارک مورد نیاز جهت اخذ پذیرش ، شهریه دانشگاهای آمریکا و آخرین فرصت زمانی جهت ارسال درخواست پذیرش، و آزمون های استاندارد، متقاضی می بایستی مدارک درخواستی توسط دانشگاه مقصد را در محدوده زمانی مشخص جهت بررسی به واحد پذیرش تحصیلی دانشگاه ارسال نماید.
متقاضیانی که اخرین مدرک تحصیلی خود را درخارج از امریکا اخذ نموده اند، می بایستی مدرک تحصیلی خود را به یکی از سازمان های ارزشیابی مدارک تحصیلی در امریکا جهت اعتبار دهی به مدرک ارسال نمایند. پس از ارسال مدارک تحصیلی ارزشیابی شده خود به بخش دپارتمان پذیرش دانشگاه و پرداخت هزینه مربوط به بررسی درخواست پذیرش Application fee ،فرایند بررسی مدارک وتعیین سطح علمی متقاضی مطابق با استانداردهای تعریف شده آن دانشگاه آغاز می گردد. مدت زمان بررسی مدارک در دانشگاههای مختلف متفاوت بوده و به طور کلی بستگی به زمان شروع ترم تحصیلی دارد که دانشجو قصد آغاز تحصیلات خود را داشته است. توجه داشته باشید نمرات آزمون ها باید مستقیماً توسط سازمان مسئول برگزاری آزمون به دانشگاه مربوطه ارسال گردد.د

انشگاه ها و دانشکده
های آمریکایی درخواست می کنند که توصیه نامه هایی مستقیماً توسط معلمین، اساتید، کارفرماها، یا سایر افرادی که از نقاط قوت شما آگاه هستند ارسال شود. اسناد و مدارکی که به زبان انگلیسی نیست باید به همراه ترجمه انگلیسی آنها ارائه شود.
جهت پذیرش از دانشگاه های آمریکا با توجه به رشته و مقطع تحصیلی مدارک متفاوتی مورد نیاز می باشد ولیکن تقریباً اکثر دانشگاه ها بطورعمومی مدارک زیر را از داوطلبان تقاضا می کنند:
اخذ پذیرش در مقطع کارشناسی
✅ ۱- ترجمه رسمی مدرک دیپلم و یا پیش دانشگاهی همراه با ریز نمرات .
✅۲- کپی مدرک TOEFL یا IELTS (در صورت وجود)
✅ ۳- کپی از صفحه اول پاسپورت (ترجمه شناسنامه برای کسانی که پاسپورت در حال حاضر ندارند).
✅ ۴- رزومه شخصی (Resume\CV) به زبان انگلیسی
✅ ۵- ارسال پروفایل کاری برای رشته های مرتبط با طراجی ، گرافیک و یا معماری.

✳️اخذ پذیرش در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد

✅ ۱- ترجمه رسمی مدرک لیسانس همراه با ریز نمرات چهارساله
✅ ۲- کپی مدرک TOEFL یا IELTS (در صورت وجود)
✅۳- کپی از صفحه اول پاسپورت (ترجمه شناسنامه برای کسانی که پاسپورت در حال حاضر ندارند).
✅ ۴- تاییده مقالات به زبان انگلیسی
✅۵- ترجمه از صفحه آخر پایان نامه همراه با تأیید از دانشگاه
✅۶- رزومه شخصی (Resume/CV) به زبان انگلیسی
✅ ۷- حداقل ۳ توصیه از اساتید (۴ توصیه نامه پیشنهاد می شود)
✅ ۸- کپی از مدرک GRE/GMAT (در صورت وجود)
✅ ۹- انگیزه نامه تحصیلی در خصوص رشته مورد علاقه (Statement of purpose)

✳️اخذ پذیرش در مقطع دکتری
✅ ۱- ترجمه رسمی از کلیه مدارک دانشگاهی لیسانس و فوق لیسانس به همراه ریز نمرات
✅ ۲- کپی از مدرک TOEFL با حداقل نمره ۹۰ از آزمون IBT و ۵۵۰ از آزمون PBT
✅ ۳- کپی از مدرک GRE/GMAT (در صورت وجود)
✅ ۴- حداقل ۴ توصیه نامه تحصیلی از استاد ، مدیران همکار و محققان همکار
✅ ۵- پروپوزال تحقیقاتی در مورد رشته مورد نظر برای تحصیل در مقطع دکتری
✅ ۶- ترجمه رسمی از صفحه آخر پایان نامه های لیسانس و فوق لیسانس با ذکر نمره
✅ ۷- رزومه و سوابق کاری (Resume/CV)
✅ ۸- تاییده مقالات علمی منتشر شده (در صورت وجود)
✅ ۹- ترجمه رسمی کلیه مدارک مثبت تحصیلی، تحقیقاتی،کاری،سمینار ها، تشویق نامه ها و … (در صورت وجود)

Documents
Review the information below to determine which documents you will need to obtain.  KCC will send instructions explaining how to scan and email the documents and any required translations after you submit a valid DS-260 application for you and all accompanying family members.  Your visa interview appointment will not be scheduled until KCC has received and reviewed all required supporting documents.  You will take original documents with you to your interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate.  Do not mail any of these documents to the Kentucky Consular Center.  All paper documents or correspondence mailed to KCC will be destroyed. 

Birth Certificates

Each applicant must submit a birth certificate issued by the official custodian of birth records in the country of birth, showing the date and place of birth and the parentage of the applicant, based upon the original registration of birth. Important Notice: You must submit a long form original birth certificate. Short form birth certificates will not be accepted.
 The certificate must contain the:

Person's date of birth;

Person's place of birth;

Names of both parents; and,

Annotation by the appropriate authority indicating that it is an extract from the official records.

Unobtainable birth certificates: Some birth records may not be obtainable if, for example:

The applicant's birth was never officially recorded.

The applicant's birth records have been destroyed.

The appropriate government authority will not issue one.

In these cases, please obtain a certified statement from the appropriate government authority stating the reason the applicant's birth record is not available. With the certified statement the applicant must submit secondary evidence. For example:

A baptismal certificate that contains the date and place of birth, as well as both parents' names (providing the baptism took place shortly after birth).

An adoption decree for an adopted child.

An affidavit from a close relative, preferably the applicant's mother, stating the date and place of birth, both parents names, and the mother's maiden name. Note: An affidavit must be executed before an official authorized to take oaths or affirmations. 

Court and Prison Records

Applicants who have been convicted of a crime must submit a certified copy of each court record and any prison record, regardless of the fact that he or she may have subsequently benefited from an amnesty, pardon or other act of clemency. Court records should include:

Complete information regarding the circumstance surrounding the crime of which the applicant was convicted

The disposition of the case, including sentence or other penalty or fine imposed.

Military Records

Persons who have served in the military forces of any country must submit a copy of their military record.
Note: Military records from certain countries are unavailable. More specific information is available online on our Reciprocity by Country webpage.

Police Certificates

Which Applicants Need to Submit a Police Certificate
Each applicant aged 16 years or older must submit all required police certificates.
What Does the Applicant Submit
The applicant must submit police certificates that meet the following guidelines. The police certificate must:

Cover the entire period of the applicant's residence in that area.

Be issued by the appropriate police authority.

Include all arrests, the reason for the arrest(s), and the disposition of each case of which there is a record.

You should prepare for your interview thoroughly and carefully. Failure to be fully prepared for your interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate can result in delay or denial of your visa application. 
After you have been notified of your scheduled interview, you will need to take the following important steps in advance of the interview date:
1. Carefully Review your scheduling information in the Entrant Status Check on the E-DV website, noting the date, time, and location of your immigrant visa interview.
2. Review U.S. Embassy or Consulate Interview Instructions
There may be additional instructions provided by the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you will be applying and be interviewed, so please review those instructions carefully. To see this information, select below the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you will be interviewed. Please note that some of the information included in these instructions may apply to immigrant visa classifications other than diversity visas. If you have questions about the country-specific information included here, please contact the embassy or consulate where you will apply for your visa.

3. Schedule and Complete a Medical Examination
You (and each family member applying for a visa with you) are required to schedule a medical appointment with an authorized physician in the country where you will be interviewed. You must complete your medical examination, along with any required vaccinations, before your scheduled visa interview date. When your medical exam is completed, if you are given a medical exam envelope, you must bring it sealed (not opened) to your visa interview. Some physicians will send the medical exam results directly to the embassy or consulate.
A list of authorized physicians for the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you will apply is provided in the dropdown list below. You must contact a physician and schedule your medical appointment. The embassy or consulate will not do this for you. Explain that the examination is for an immigrant visa application and give the physician the date of the interview appointment. The physician will tell you the cost of the examination and tests. Please note that some of the information included in these instructions may apply to immigrant visa classifications other than diversity visas. 4. Gather Photographs and All Remaining Required Documents

Each DV applicant will need to bring two (2) identical photos to the interview. Please review the detailed information about photo requirements to ensure that your photos will be acceptable.
Required Documentation
Each applicant will be required to present the following:

Appointment information printed from the Entrant Status Check on the E-DV website.

DS-260 confirmation page You can print this from the Consular Electronic Application Center any time after you complete your DS-260 application.

Passport(s) valid for six months beyond the intended date of entry into the U.S. for you and each family member applying for a visa.

Original documents or certified copiesof civil documents submitted to KCC.  Bring one

photocopy of any document that you did not submit to KCC as part of the interview qualification process.  You should be prepared to present:

Evidence of Required DV Qualifying Education or Work Experience

The principal diversity visa applicant must have a high school education, or its equivalent, OR two years of qualifying work experience in the last five years.
Education: Submit to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate at your interview, a certificate of completion equivalent to a U.S. diploma, school transcripts, or other evidence issued by the person or organization responsible for maintaining records, which specifies the completed course of study. The diversity visa selectee must have completed a 12-year course of elementary and secondary education in the U.S. or a comparable course of study in another country, sufficient in itself to qualify a student to apply for college admission. The following are not acceptable:

Equivalency certificates (such as the G.E.D.) are not acceptable.

Vocational degrees that are not considered a basis for further academic study will not be considered equivalent to U.S. high school education.

Work Experience: Submit documentation to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate at your interview demonstrating that you have two years of qualifying work experience in the last five years immediately prior to application. Qualifying work experience must be in an occupation that, by U.S. Department of Labor O*Net Online Database definitions, requires at least two years of training or experience that is designated as Job Zone 4 or 5, classified in a Specific Vocational Preparation (SVP) rating of 7.0 or higher. (See the section on Confirm Your Qualifications for information about using O*Net Online.)

Marriage Termination Documentation

Applicants who have been previously married must submit evidence of the termination of EACH prior marriage. Evidence submitted to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate must be in the form of original documents issued by a competent authority, or certified copies bearing the appropriate seal or stamp of the issuing authority, such as:

Final divorce decree

Death certificate

Annulment papers

Custody Documentation

For adopted children, the adoptive parent must provide:

A certified copy of the adoption decree;

The legal custody decree, if custody occurred before the adoption;

A statement showing dates and places where child resided with the parents; and

If the child was adopted while aged 16 or 17 years, evidence that the child was adopted together with, or subsequent to the adoption of, a natural sibling under age 16 by the same adoptive parent(s).

🔶 افزایش خرید ملک از سوی خارجی‌ها برای کسب شهروندی ترکیه

به گزارش خبرگزاری "آناتولی"، مهمت زکی عادل، مدیرعامل سازمان ثبت اسناد و املاک ترکیه، از افزایش محسوس فروش اموال غیرمنقول در ترکیه خبر داده و گفته است: «در ۶ ماه گذشته حدود یک میلیون مورد فروش صورت گرفته و فروش دارایی‌های غیرمنقول به شهروندان خارجی نیز افزایش قابل توجهی را نشان می‌دهد.»

بنا بر این گزارش پس از تسهیل اعطای شهروندی ترکیه و کاهش سرمایه مورد نیاز در این خصوص، تقاضا برای خرید ملک در ترکیه افزایش یافته است. طی سال جاری سه هزار شهروند خارجی تنها برای اخذ شهروندی اقدام به خرید مسکن در ترکیه کرده‌اند.

در ادامه این گزارش آمده است: «در حال حاضر شهروندان کشورهای عراق، آلمان، انگلستان، روسیه، ایران و افغانستان در رتبه‌های نخست خرید مسکن در ترکیه قرار دارند.»
