Last month I filed a 1487 complaint with the Attorney General's Office regarding Pima County's vaccination policy for certain existing employees and all new hires. Unlike the City of Tucson, Pima County doesn't dispute they are subject to A.R.S. § 23-206 - a statutory change I championed last year requiring employers to provide reasonable accommodations for an employee's sincerely held religious belief that prevents their COVID-19 vaccination. Instead, the County alleges that it cannot provide reasonable accommodations in certain situations due to the hardship it would cause them, even though employers have successfully adjusted to accommodate COVID-19 in the workplace for nearly two years.
In talking with the Attorney General's Office, I understand their Civil Rights Division is equipped to dive into these fact-based inquiries. To that end, I'm requesting all Pima County employees that believe that they have been discriminated against for medical or religious reasons to file a complaint here. I am confident the AG will continue to investigate, and where appropriate prosecute, instances of personal freedom infringement across Arizona, including in Pima County.
Thank you for your help – I will continue to fight for an individual's right to make their own medical decisions.

At every turn, we will defend liberty in our State to drive medical freedom, secure our elections, cancel tax increases, and restore parental rights in expanding freedom of choice in our schools.

At every turn, the Arizona School Board Association has stood against parents and their kids. They even tried to cancel tens of thousands of jobs when they sued to kill a law that would protect parents from losing their jobs over their medical decisions. ASBA has stood by school board members that created dossiers against families and they were silent against the sexual misconduct by teachers and staff at several Arizona government schools.
ASBA receives their funding from tax dollars. In all other industries, the members pay the membership fees.
It's time to defund ASBA so they can no longer use the tax dollars against parents. Tell your legislators to VOTE YES on Sen. Townsend's SB1011 which prohibits tax dollars from going to ASBA.

The Arizona school board association gets over $2M a year from membership dues from school boards. The school boards pay with taxpayer money, but ASBA can refuse a public records request. Let’s change that.
Additionally, if Cyber Ninjas is required to open its records because it is receiving public money, I would argue that any organization who receives public money is subject to public records requests.
