ሚኒስትሩ የጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ጽ/ቤት ከህብረተሰቡ የተነሱ ጥያቄዎችን ለመመለስ ባዘጋጀው መድረክ ላይ ቀርበው በሰጡት ምላሽና ማብራሪያ፤ ጥራት ያለው ትምህርት ማዳረስ በአንድ ጊዜ የሚመጣ ሳይሆን ጊዜ የሚወስድ ሥራ ነው ብለዋል።

በተለያየ አካባቢ የሚሰጠው ትምህርት የጥራት ልዩነቱ እየሰፋ ከመጣ ፍትሃዊ የትምህርት ተደራሽነት ሰፍኗል ማለት እንደማያስችል ጠቅሰው፤ የትምህርት ጥራትን ተደራሽ ለማድረግ እየተሰራ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል።

የትምህርት ጥራት ችግር የቆየና ውስብስብ እንደሆነ በመግለጽ ችግሩን መፍታት ጊዜ እንደሚፈልግ አስገንዝበዋል።

ሁሉም ትምህርት ቤቶች የቅድመ መደበኛ ትምህርት እንዲኖራቸው መደረጉን የጠቀሱት ብርሃኑ ነጋ(ፕ/ር)፤ ይህም ተማሪዎች የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ትምህርት ከመጀመራቸው በፊት ለዝግጅት ጊዜ በመስጠት ልዩነት እንደሚፈጥር ተናግረዋል።

የመምህራንን አቅም ለማሳደግ ስልጠና እየተሰጠ እንደሆነ አስታውሰው፤ ባለፈው የክረምት ወቅት 60 ሺህ የሚሆኑ መምህራንና 7 ሺህ ርዕሰ መምህራን ስልጠና መውሰዳቸውን በአብነት አንስተዋል።

በሚቀጥለው ክረምትም 84 ሺህ መምህራንን ለማሰልጠን መታሰቡን ጠቁመዋል።

በተጨማሪም ከመምህራን ጥቅም ጋር በተያያዘም የመምህራንን ኑሮ ለመለወጥ እየተሰራ መሆኑን ገልጸው፤ የመኖሪያ ቤት መስሪያ ቦታ ለማግኘት ከክልሎች ጋር ንግግር እየተደረገ መሆኑን ገልጸዋል።
