"ስለመማር እንማማር" በሚል ርዕስ ቅዳሜ ጥር 3 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም በኤክስትሪም የትምህርት ማማከርና ስልጠና ማዕከል አማካኝነት በዲላ ከተማ ዳራሮ ኮፊ ሀውስ እጅግ አስደሳች የሆነ የውይይት፤ ተጋባዥ እንግዶች የህይወት ልዶቻቸውን የሚያጋሩበትና ኤክስትሪም የትምርት ማማከርና ስልጠና ማዕከል ከተመሰረተበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ እየሰራቸው ያሉ ዘርፈ-ብዙ ስራዎችን የሚያስተዋውቅ መድረክ ተዘጋጅቶ ነበር። በመድረኩ ላይ ቁጥራቸው በርከት ያሉ ታዳሚያን የተሳተፉ ሲሆን ትምህርትን በተመለከተ ከተለያዩ የሙያ መስኮች የተወጣጡ ወጣት ምሁራን ገንቢ ሀሳቦችን በማንሳት ሰፊ ውይይት አድርገዋል ። በውይይቱ ከተነሱ አጀንዳዎች መካከል የትምህርት ጥራትን በተመለከተ መንግስት እየሰራ ካለው ስራ በተጨማሪ ወጣት ምሁራን፣ ተማሪዎች እና ወላጆች እንዲሁም በዘርፉ የተሰማሩ እንደኤክስትሪም ያሉ የግል ድርጅቶች ምን ማድረግ አለባቸው የሚሉ ሀሳቦች በስፋት የተነሱ ሲሆን ሰፋ ያለ ፍሬያማና ተስፋ ሰጪ የሆነ ውይይት ማድረግ ተችሏል ።

ሌላው በውይይት መድረኩ ከቀረቡት ዝግጅቶች መካከል የህይወት ልምዳቸውን እንዲያጋሩ የተጋበዙ በተለያዩ የሙያ መስኮች የተሰማሩ ወጣት ምሁራንን የሚያስተዋውቅ መርሀ-ግብር የነበረ ሲሆን በዚህ ዝግጅትም ወጣት ዶክተር አብነት ምትኩ ፣ ወጣት ስራ ፈጣሪ አስማማው ሙሉጌታ እና ማሪታይን ኢንጂነር አማኑኤል ሽፈራሁ ለብዙ ወጣቶች መማሪያ የሚሆን የትምህርት፣ የስራና፣ የህይወት ልምዳቸውን ለታዳሚያን አጋርተዋል።

በስተመጨረሻም በውይይት መድረኩ ላይ ተሳታፊ የነበሩት ደራሲና የመሰረት መኩሪያ ፋውንዴሽን መስራች አቶ ኤሊያስ አዶላ የማስተርስ ዲግሪያቸውን ለጨረሱና የዶክትሬት ዲግሪያቸውን መቀጠል ለሚፈልጉ በስፋራው ተገኝተው ለነበሩ ታዳሚያን ወጣቶች እንዲሁም ለሌሎችም ነፃ የትምህርት እድል እንደሚያመቻቹ ቃል ገብተዋል። በተጨማሪም በክብር እንግድነት ቀርቦ የህይወት ልምዱን ለታዳሚያን ያጋራው ወጣት አስማማው ሙሉጌታ ደራሲ ኤሊያስ አዶላ በቀጣይ ለሚያሳትሙት መፅሐፍ ነፃ የሽን ዲዛይን ስራ እንደሚሰራ ቃል ገብቷል ።

ኤክስትሪም የትምህርት ማማከርና ስልጠና ተቋም እየሰራ ስላለው ዘርፈ-ብዙ ስራ ጠለቅ ያለ ማብራሪያ በማዕከሉ ማኔጂንግ ዳይሬክተር በዶክተር ፍሬው በቀለ አማካኝነት ለታዳሚያን የተደረገ ሲሆን የውይይት መድረኩ በድርጅቱ መስራች እና ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ ወጣት ልጅዓለም ፀጋዬ አጋፋሪነት ስኬታማ በሆነ መንገድ ተካሂዶ ተጠናቋል።
